I liked everything about the hotel, all the staff in all fields are very helpful and humble, the hotel is very, very clean and the atmosphere is fantastic. And the swimming pool is very beautiful. We spent most of our time in it .. I will definitely come back to re-experience again in this wonderful hotel . Thank you Mr. Noor And his team for making my holiday one of the best holidays I have ever spent in Dubai.

Hotel apartment was good size and had enough amenity for a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Chicken Biryani was delicious and well portioned. Area felt very safe. Nice to have supermarket in walking distance.

TV options were very limited for English speaking people. Just a little far out from main tourist attractions but this was understood when booking.

The staff here are brilliant. Warm, welcoming and helpful. Janathi cleaned our room daily and was so good. Mudassar was the concierge who ensured we had what we needed and settled us brilliantly.

The pull out sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. I asked for an extra mattress to help but they asked me to pay extra which I was not willing to do especially as we have paid to stay already and it’s a mattress I need use to the uncomfortable sofa bed. I think you need to review this policy as the mattress for the sofa bed was flat and all I could feel were the springs which left me achy and sore.

the location is great, nearby gloabal village & IMG and away of usual busy areas room is big and cozy all kitchen tools available if you wish to make your own meals staff are good and provided us all our requests in no time Must come again photo of list of tools provided attached

I made reservation with breakfast, but breakfast was very very poor and no variation of meals also food seems to be frozen and not fresh I recommend ppl to make reservation without breakfast and make your own food in the room kitchen , all tools provided by the hotel

just perfect .room size was perfect, the bed was exceptional, the bathtub was perfect, i loved the whole setup of the room. the view was so stunning city view special thanks to Akshay and gurdeep

It was a great experience. Especially, the room, the swimming pool area and the breakfast were amazing. all the front office and housekeeping staff were very helpful specially Noor.

Extraordinary services and excellent view; Spacious . clean room and friendly staff specially aldrin and Noor. The room amazing. Everything was super clean. It exceeded our expectations.

the hotel could be clearer in communicating about shuttles, the hours they are possible and whether they will cost money or not.

Great spacious room with a balcony and. The staff were lovely and very helpful. the Bed very comfortable and room was extremely quiet and clean
