Ibis Fujairah

The room is not that big. But the surprise they made for my birthday make our stay so memorable. Thank you for arranging cake for me and for the very touching birthday card message from the GM, thank you for giving us nice room and view. It's our first time to stay at Ibis Fujairah and it's all well. Pool is nice also. Thank you for the staff who checked-in us I don't know the good name but I think he is a manager. He is the one who made us happy.

During check-out, one lady from reception is there. I am not sure with her nationality might be Myanmar or Nepal. She didn't double check if our stay is paid already or not. My husband insert his card and almost completed the transaction. If I didn't see the scenario we might be paying double. She's having another guest and jumped also to us. It is better not to do multi-tasking to avoid this unnecessary situation.

I booked Ibis because I needed a night’s accommodation and wasn’t planning to spend time in the hotel. When I arrived I was told breakfast and dinner were included in the booking. I didn’t have high expectations - wrongly so because the dinner buffet was really good. Fresh salads, nicely presented and tasty. I decided to go to the pool next day. Great pool and breakfast buffet fantastic. Salads, fruits, eggs, cheeses …Well contrary to expectations I had a super stay. I am a regular guest of Accor group in France as I am French. Well the standards in Fujairah are top notch! Thank you

Room is clean and neat. Suitable for single or couple. Overall stay experience is good

The worst part is the have provided plastic kittle to hear water. Can you believe it?? Now a days people don't use plastic cup to drink tea. And such hi class hotel plastic water heating kittle is kept. Ibis team you will have to really think. Even low budget hotels like clifton also has stainless steel kittle. If I have to avoid ibis in my next trip is only because of non availability of stainless steel kittle. Otherwise hotel is excellent. Reception number should have been mentioned on the room landline phone is second suggestion.

Thanks to the management they surprise me with a cake because of my birthday and thx for giving me late check out because of ramdan and the buffet was nice but sohor was limited options a big thx the gug in sohor called ahmed very proffesional and helpful thankyou and definitly ill come back again and again

The curtain is soo disturbing it falls quick and the view was in front of the pool with naked people while fasting was not confortable for us

+ Typical Ibis Hotel - Comfortable and Budget Friendly + Hospitable Staff (we arrived an hour earlier than check-in time WITHOUT prior notice) + Convenient Location (very near to mall - walking distance) + Cleanliness + Comfortable bed + Good AC temperature + Nice Breakfast + Kiddie Pool (great for toddlers and kids)

- Dull lobby ambiance (no staff welcoming guests/ no assistance for guests arriving with baggages) - Feels like gloomy for guests to stay since staffs are very limited - Sometimes no staff at the concierge - Few variety of breakfast choices (considering its Eid holidays)

Room is too small but ideal for 2 pax. All the amenities were there. Room Cleaning was good. Fresh linen. Check in and out was done smoothly . The pool was so amazing with panoramic view. Friendly staff. B 'fast buffet was so nice, delicious with more varieties. B 'fast operation was well organized . Safe inside car parking.

Our room was double locked and the engineering team has visited after 25 mins. We were waiting outside the door at about 25 mins. Both Pillows to be changed . Looks over used. Iron should be there.

The staff was really good, specially Naveed and syed in the reception, and Ahmed and Mahmoud in Arjeela restaurant Also the room was always clean and the cleaning staff were good

There's some delay in the room service orders, also The timing of gym and the pool should be longer The price is little high

Cleanliness and staff support

Plastic hot water kettle Who uses plastic for hot water drinking? We don't use plastic glass as well. In ibis we have tonuse plastic for boiling.. Thankfully they replaced my kettle with stainless steel kettle. But every time I have to pit this request of replacement. AS IBIS IS handling corporate customers it should think seriously on replacement of plastic kettle with stainless steel kettle..

Receptionists people are very kind and very polite! Duty manager very lovely person. Thank you very much for upgrading my room 😊 Clean service staff very helpful. I ordered a club sandwich and a Greek salad from room service. Unexpected very delicious! I highly recommended 😍

The breakfast buffet was extensive and fabulous. The pool was incredible. We had a rental car and were able to park it in the garage; ery convenient! Great location with plenty of restaurants around; best one: the PsychoKitchen!
