Location was good, walking distance to main town, castle and local beaches( 1 across the road). Worth going to other beaches, Jade and Ladies using v frequent buses right outside. Pool excellent and staff v helpful. Breakfasts good and from top floor great view towards cruise ship quay. Balconies overlook sea view .

Corridor under lit and needed brightening..

Really fancy hotel with an incredible sea view. The room was exactly as the photos and every day I came back to a gorgeous decoration on the bed with rose petals, I was a solo traveller but I thought it was really romantic. The staff are the nicest staff that I have ever met in any hotel I ever stayed in and are super helpful for any with every situation. The location is perfect, right beside the beautiful Marina and only minutes walk to everything.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel, I really enjoyed my stay and I would defiantly stay there again and recommend to others.

We absolutely loved the location as the beach was on the door step and 10 minutes to the centre but plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel the only let down was the rooms are a little small and the pool area gets no sun so not used at all but the cleaning lady was amazing and the place was spotless and we would stay there again

Hotel didn’t want you bringing in your own food or drink but as we ate out most of the time it wasn’t a big deal and the pool area had no sun

Location excellent

I couldn't believe they did not have an iron and ironing board available. Also there are no English channels available on the TV in the bedroom. I brought a firestick but the TV did not have a hdmi port. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful and organised for my shifts to be taken away and ironed and returned for a reasonable fee of 4000tl. My clothes had obviously been wrinkled in my case after a long flight. Every single hotel in Ireland have irons to borrow so I found this very strange for a 4 star hotel. Otherwise it is a nice friendly establishment.

All the staffs are warm, friendly and helpful esspecially the lovely lady named Nagihan. The staffs take time to greet guest warmly whenever guest is at the lobby area and speak relatively good English that ease communication. The location is in front of the beach with beautiful views and within walking distance of nearby places of interest along the beach.

The toilet looks a bit dated.

The hotel was excellent. I would score 6 stars if I could. The staff were so considerate of my disabled husband. They made my holiday all the more enjoyable knowing my husband’s needs were well looked after. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. It is an excellent location.

The property is good. My only wish was for a slightly bigger lift but they are standard for all hotels. There was really nothing I could complain about.

Location was excellent, beach across the road, walking distance to town centre, very clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned every day. Has spa on premises.

Pool area does not get the sun at all, so pool very cold, we used the beach every day.

it was centrally located close to a beach, the Marina and the Bazaar. The hotel really looked after us with a fabulous room for our wedding anniversary. in particular, we would like to mention the Receptionists Fulyal and Nagihan who made us exceptionally welcome and dealt with all our requests.

Wonderful! Every room has a balcony with an ocean view. Great location in the center of Kusadasi convenient to the local bars and restaurants. Cleaning is immaculate. Service is top standard and it’s an affordable hotel. Kettles in the room! We absolutely loved it here!!
