A very nice hotel with good facilities. My room was extremely well valeted, thank you Osman, housekeeper.
While the staff were friendly, I noted that the reception staff spoke very little English which was surprising, given the star rating of the hotel. The rooftop pool was very small with a canvas hood, obscuring the sun. The pool was not really a feature of the rooftop space.

I ordered room service and my cheese burger bun was very cold didn’t enjoy it but hey not a big issue also my first choice club sandwich wasn’t available for a 5 star hotel I found this a bit strange

The room is large and clean. Free parking. The breakfast is great. The family option (2 adults + 2 kids ) is perfect for families. The staff is very polite, pro, and nice. Good value for money. I recommend this hotel.
Prices of items in the mini bar are a bit expensive.

Front desk staff ,, I was charged for two persons when it was only me and no other person sharing the room with me ..they asked me to contact booking .com to solve this problem…anyway they did that with my colleagues as well.
