We had issues with AC... as soon as I informed the manager ,they not only changed our room....they up graded it ro a suite! Now that's service.Parking was a bonus.Its situated very near to the Great wall and the Bazaar . My special thanks to Mehmit the front manager ,who did his best to answer all our questions regarding site seeing and shopping

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and the bed comfortable. There is a large shower with all toiletries provided. Bar is well stocked. Good location and close walking distance to the old town. The town feels very safe

Good hotel staff were welcoming and helpful with luggage. No surprises comfortable stay. Cold bottle water really helped.
Breakfast if it had some nescafe coffee or even some crossaints. turkish breakfast does not suite the European pallet.

The place was really good from start to finish. From parking right out front, to quick check in to a good size room to good wifi, lots of hot water, good wifi, good breakfast and a easy walk into the interesting parts of town.
There was nothing I disliked about the place. I do though like staying in pensions as more interaction with owner.
