In twenty years of international business travel, no hotel has gone as far as the Kolin Otel to make a stay so memorable. Volkan's team were professional, caring and thoughtful at every stage of our stay and the facilities were outstanding. We brought colleagues together from Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir for a short-notice conference and we did not have time to facilitate every delegate's circumstances in advance. The staff at the Kolin Otel listened to our requests, developed superb options and provided a brilliant package that exceeded our requirements in every way. Among many other fantastic members of staff, Selen, Merve and Ummuhan were exceptional in the way they handled our stay. On top of this, the facilities were ideal with beautiful rooms, an excellent gym, sauna & swimming pool and wonderful dining and bar areas. I strongly recommend the Kolin Otel for anybody who may need to organise a short-notice small- to medium-sized conference.

The location and the quality of the property was awesome. Very friendly and professional staff members willing to help and make anyone's stay comfortable.
The tours sold by the souvenir store within the property was 4 times more expensive than the ones sold outside. I know this is not the part of the service provided by the hotel & the staff members but was disgusted with the people trying to rip us off. SHAME on them!

The Kolin hotel was immaculate with very good facilities. It was across the road from a shopping mall and an easy drive into the centre of town and then on to the ferry to visit Gallipoli. A big bonus for us being doggie friendly was the long esplanade to walk her with wonderful views of the coastline. We were upgraded which was an added treat. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We were very happy with the room, very clean, functional and confortable with amazing sea view and the breakfast was so good.
The pool and the spa facilities are not very clean, We were a little disappointed.

When I booked the room there were some pictures of a jacuzzi and I had the expectation to get the same room. But when we arrived there was no jacuzzi in the room - so be careful and make sure what you pay for! Breakfast was perfect, room was clean and stuff was nice. But the water in the pool was cold! The spa is not good.
It is impossible to walk to the centre( marine). Not so many restaurants around the hotel.
