Noting, only the room was good but of course it should be, because i paid 190 EUR per NIGHT. BUT service was BIG 0 and they will ask money for everything ex: for empty GLASS of water that i asked for…. they asked me 200 lira for it. and for those if they want to stay in this hotel, JUST remember, service is zero and room is also dirty and not clean and if still wanna go for it then just go and that will be a good experience.

Amazing staff members!!! A big thanks to the beach staff and the restaurant staff (specially the lovely gentleman that was in charge of the pancakes during breakfast!) Amazing location full of amazing restaurants and bars! Only a £5 taxi trip to the old town.

A lot of cats in the restaurant that were always trying to steal our food! 😅

Lovely location right on the coast. They having a bathing platform below, plus a couple of sun decks with plenty of lounger chairs and sun umbrellas. Note there is no sandy beach near by. Nice little balcony. Pleased to be able to park my rental car at the side of the hotel. Breakfast is in separate building much nearer sun desk, lovely views. NB 40m below hotel accessed by a lift.

WifI signal was almost non-existent as we were in the last room along the corridor.

I love this hotel first of all for the very friendly and helpful staff- this was my third stay .The location is great- just a few kilometers to the old town. The beach is the best in Antalya with very friendly staff. My seaview room with balcony was very comfortable- perfectly clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is served at the beach restaurant- great variety of food and fresh made omeletteas and orange juice.. I enjoyed every single moment of my stay at the hotel- highly recommend the Bilem Hotel .

Nothing, really enjoyed the whole experience. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful room, beautiful view not a beach but on ocean.Calm so you can swim. They provide massages (despite Covid) by booking and hamam ofcourse. Taxi stand is right downstairs,just click a button. Supermarket n Turkish n some other amazing restaurants near by and a beautiful park not to be missed on the left as u exit the hotel.Loads of burger joints and beautiful seafood restaurants specialty the one adjacent to the park. Hotel is convenient for tour pickups. Konyalti beach is a must but take your own towel as even the most expensive beach clubs there don't provide towels.

The room was cute . They didn't provide any coffee)tea facility in room stating that it was a measure against covid (I mean really?! Never ) and everything had to be ordered through bar downstairs (chargeable ofcourse).Fixed breakfast which was ample and delicious . Terrible coffee though and sadly I didn't have much luck finding good coffee nearby in Antalya this time.Perhaps Robert's next door if I had a chance to try it.

I was just after a week of trekking and was looking for a hotel near the sea, not loud, clean and safe to stay alone, with the fast wifi for work and good breakfast as I was planning to have diner outside. Bile exceeded my expectations practically in all: - extremely friendly personnel at the reception and the breakfast hall, eager to help, - a welcome pile of fruits in the room, - a room upgrade so that I enjoyed the amazing view on the sea during my stay (I even decided to extend my stay for two more days), - great location, just 20 min walk from the waterfalls and a little more from the old city center, many groceries, cafes nearby - cleaning, towels changes every day, COVID safety measures respected by the personnel, - pleasant stylish interior, balcony with the view, - -hotel’s beachside, - a really big room (there was even enough space for me to practice yoga without feeling uncomfortable), - good dryer and there was enough pressure in the shower

- Breakfast was the same each day. I enjoyed it a lot for the first 4 days, but then I’d preferred it to be somehow more diversified. And I missed dairy (yogurts, etc.) -Wifi connection was not that stable as I thought at the beginning (it was ok for the short calls, emails, but on zoom meetings sometimes the signal was interrupted and not reachable on balcony, which was a pity). For my remote work ot was not that a huge problem- sometimes I used the wifi signal from the cafe just in front, it also worked

Hotel is clean and friendly reception , i spoke to manager of the hotel myself , he is very helpful person .

Cleaning ladies they throw belongings if you don't notify them .

Breakfast was great, had many options, with an incredible view. Beach deck was accessible, with elevator. Car park and valet service at the property free of charge.

Only thing was that you couldn't use the laundry service at night after 8pm

Nice hotel in a good neighborhood, has it's own beach platform. Rooms are nice, plenty of light. The staff is helpful whenever you need something like getting a taxi.

The tour salesman guy in the lobby was very annoying
