This a big chain hotle and we usually avoind them. But we were just stopping oven on the way east. Reality, it was fantastic. Clean, good facilities, great breakfast and we walked in the morning for over 2 hours and were close by the main attractions - mosques, bridges over the river, bazaar etc. Easy valet parking also. So far as chain hotels go we did not have any issues - one of the best.

Fantastic location, fantastic staff and even more fantastic rooms/room service! Everything about the hotel was great and we will 100% be coming here again. Everyone was so helpful and always going the extra mile to help us. Emre from the concierge/bell team was extremely helpful and always had a smile on his face. Top marks for everything !

Nothing, there honestly wasn’t a single thing I could fault !

Great location in a short distance from the airport. Rooms are large and very well equipped with every day cleaning service and drinkable water filling. Breakfast buffet is amazing.

Meryem was wonderful while serving us with breakfast Emre was always there to greet us with a Smile Hotel looks awesome and staff are lovely Amenities look great especially inside pool area Highly recommend

Very clean. Great location. Great decor. Excellent service throughout. Wonderful food, portion sizes, and variety.

Quite a bit street noise came through my front facing window, even with windows and curtains closed and using ear plugs.

Overall the hotel is nice and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are clean and the gym is good.

Despite the fact that the parking is free I was paying for it.

The food in the hotel was excellent, had breakfast and dinner. The spa was very good, went for a swim and ended up booking a massage which was exceptional. The staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful.

Room was big and the staff was very nice.

There was music coming from a restauranr until 1 am. The location is very central but not many shopping and restaurant options around.

The bed was perfect, big, soft like a cloud. The shower was also great. Enough space, warm water. We got some cake for your honeymoon. That was really nice.

It was quite expensive.
