Whatever some aggrieved visitors have said I found the hotel to be a great place to stay. The staff are all helpful, charming and work hard to look after you. There are a lot of staff, everywhere was clean and kept tidy. Service was attentive, efficient and tolerant. There was a mix of guest nationalities which made for an interesting range of behaviours and attitudes. Some of the guests were long on demands and short on pleasantry. Throughout my stay the food offer was wide ranging, plentiful and delicious, I ate a lot of fish, filleted and whole, and incredible salads, fruit and vegetables. There was an array to select from beyond my personal choice. The bar service was swift, and the red wine was perfectly passable. It was the quiet season in terms of volumes of people after the main festive period. The hotel hosted an incredible NYE party for us all. I personally really enjoyed the Tunisian offer, and experiencing a different culture. Clearly not everyone felt the same. This reflects on them rather than the hotel. I was particularly impressed that at the start of the NY evening the hotel management took time to thank all the staff for their hard work and efforts during the year. I'm not sure I'd want to be there in high season, but for winter sun it was marvellous and I would very happily return.

It was unfortunate for me that the outdoor pool was not heated, and it was heart-stoppingly cold! That said, there were plenty of sun loungers and attentive staff to serve drinks, and plenty of warm sun to top up my vitamin D levels in. so aside from not doing the swimming exercise I had anticipated, everything else was great.

My room had drainage problem. The sink and the bath did not drain properly and would puddle up. The Thalasso/Spa is easy to miss and is at one isolated corner of the Hotel.

I have remarked many times that the way of many of the staff they behave were not the same for all clients which is little bit unfair for those who paid to have a good rest and services. I have observed many times that their behaviour will depends of the nationality of the clients which is little bit some kind of racisme behavior and could ruin the whole hotel reputation

Staff were excellent,very clean,food was fantastic.

Unless you massive fan of Karaoke evening entertainment might not be for you.

Staff were very nice and helpful, rooms were lovely Pool was nice and the beach was right at the front Beds were nice and firm Rooms were clean

Only thing was the towels in the room are more for kids than adults lol Cutlery was sometimes dirty had to go over with a tissue A lot of flies whilst eating but cant really do much about that

The building and location are great, the beach is clean and the water is warm. The pools are also very well maintained.

I very much enjoyed breakfast, but lunch and dinner were average. I never found myself excited to eat anything other than breakfast.

The building is old.. I didn't expected it.. The mattress was old and used. It was hard to sleep on. I asked the reception to change it but they didn't accept to replace it..

Resort was excellent, good facilities, indoor pool. Entertainment was good. The buffet was excellent, massive selection for all meals and changed up daily. Different specialty dishes. Mahdi at the buffet was a good host, always checking up on us. Heated Indoor pool was good.

Staff at reception were quite rude and not welcoming at all. Treated us like just another customer walking of the street. Was not impressed at all at their no care attitude. It's like they were doing us a favour by being there. First impression when walking in and it was shocking. Did not appreciate being treated like that at all.

The hospitality! The people who work at the hotel are fantastic! They work so hard & help you in every way.

The bugs! some flies & spiders in room but thats ok - we were on ground floor outside garden so to be expected - Animation team made no effort with us, entertainment was boring, we missed 3 days of it as karaoke no one gets up, the live band plays songs i have never heard of. The waiters at breakfast and dinner completely ignored me & my husband and help others, we always have to ask. Was getting annoyed with that! BUT thats MINOR the rest of the staff & things make up for the little mishaps! Still enjoyed it
