The Hidden Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hidden resort, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service provided by the hotel staff. First and foremost, the rooms at this resort were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident, and I felt instantly relaxed and at ease. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The quality of the food was very good, and there were enough options to satisfy different preferences. The dining area was well-kept and provided a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. I also had the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The menu offered a range of delicious dishes, and the presentation of the food was impressive. The service during dinner was courteous and attentive, further enhancing the overall dining experience. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional staff. The entire team was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was genuinely warm and helpful, making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay was evident throughout my time at the hotel. In conclusion, I highly recommend The Hidden resort for a memorable stay. The resort isn’t in Ranong centre, but I think that’s a good thing, hence the name ‘hidden resort’. It’s a couple of km outside Ranong centre.

The grounds are lovely, the staff super nice. Location is great.

The rooms are small. The food is mediocre (especially the breakfast). Super bright at night (they have a light pointed straight at each room, and it cannot be turned off). I am normally not bothered by lights but this was next level.

An green oasis in Ranong with friendly and hospitable staff! We were out in Ranong in the evening and forgot the time, so we couldn't find a taxi in the middle of the night which takes us back to the resort. After a phone call we were picked up by a member of the staff and were driven back to the resort in comfort. Thank you very much for that! Breakfast was great!

A mosquito net would be great. Then you could turn off the air conditioning at night and open the patio door to listen to the sounds of nature to fall asleep.

the location was very peaceful with the sound of the small river and rapids passing thru just below the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent and staff were so kind.

unfortunately we had visitors in the night (ants and small millipedes) which did not sit well with my wife. Must be due to the very rustic nature spot.

The staff were young and helpful - I like that they were being trained by the supervisor. The restaurant had a good selection of food (and had a bit of variety with the ingredients) and was reasonably priced. Breakfast was fresh and filling. The swimming pool was good - clean and fresh water (not overly chlorinated). The grounds were lovely. Very close to town but private, peaceful and green.

Great location. Very clean and well maintained place. Beautiful rooms with great sights. Bathroom is abnormLly big ! Love the focus on sustainability. Fabulous food. The egg was the only thing lacking in flavour. Even had free water and sunscreen

The WiFi was a little slow

the room was modern and very comfortable. the bathroom was spotlessly clean. the pool was lovely. very unique property. the food in the restaurant was great and a fair price.

breakfast was ok, not great tea or coffee but other than that it was lovely.

Very beautiful property, well kept gardens, feels like a calm oasis away from the rest of Ranong. The room itself is extremely comfy and well equipped. Great bed and pillows. Swimming pool looked nice. Restaurant had delicious food.

The remoteness of the property, which has its advantages, also meant that in the absence of regular tuk tuks or taxis it was hard to get to from Ranong.

The hotel is so nice, quiet, surrounded by trees and mountains. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. There are restaurant, bar, and pool inside the hotel area. The best escape in Ranong so far. Hopefully visit again on the next trip to Ranong.

it looks like it could use some maintenance. some paint, an update of the furniture, cleaning of the pool house, more trash cans
