What a wondeful stay at Rak Elegant All the facilities are brand new a d very luxurious, the roof top infinity edge pool has a view on the sea and an excellent bar. Fitness facilities include yoga classroom and all you need to be shaped. The location of the hotel is 10 min from main attraction, you can very easily take a taxi if you don't want to walk. The hotel is in safe for tsunami area. The restaurant propose top cooking dishes including Thai/Internationnal specialty. The biggest advantage of this hotel is by far their staff : i have rarely been so well welcomed ! Each time i needed something, they helped me with the smile. If you wish to stay in Patong in a comfortable world class hotel, this is definetly your best choice

the top roof swimming pool is AMAZING, really nice pool with a sunset view ! the staff are really helpful and kind. The cleaning is perfect. the room size is good. will back again in future !

the service road in front of hotel is noisy 24h/7 ! .. the motorbikes are really noisy and the sound is too much .. better to select a room that away from the road side

Very clean!! Cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Nice pool, nice rooms, comfortable beds and toilettes.

Breakfast is good, a little expensive. Rest of the food is average. Be careful not to stain the sheets as they will charge you extra for dry cleaning.

We stay in the hotel one week and can say it’s very nice hotel with modern design. It looks like the hotel was build just before COVID so everything still new. The room has sitting zones, big panorama windows and balcony full of green. Swimming pool with jacuzzi on the roof is what we liked the most. They have saunas and gym, but we didn’t hv time to try. Aslo the staff was very friendly. The location is ok, you will need around 15-20mins to go to the beach, but on the way you could find plenty of places to eat.

Not a big choice of breakfast, if you stay a bit longer probably you will be bored with it. But the portions are big and yummy. Also not all staff speaks english well, so we should use translator, but it seems in almost every tourist in Phuket like that.

The rooms were outstanding! The rooftop pool on the 8th floor a real delight. Very stylish interior, everything spotless clean and all of the personell were extremely friendly. Some (reception) could use a little training tho, cause in a few cases they seemed a little unknowing. But this is nothing to be complained about. All in all we had a very pleasent stay (4 days) and the price / performance ratio was very good. Definitely worth a stay for that price.

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had in a hotel in this class. Only 4 "warm" foods to choose from. Bacon, ham, fried rice and sausages..all of which were cold because nobody changed the heating paste in the rechauds. The Coffee (pot) was watered down and absolutely undrinkable. Upon us asking, the waiter said its not brewed coffee but instant powder! A complete No go for a hotel with 4 stars. I orded a capuccino afterwards, but it tasted the same, just with cream on top. So whatever you do, do not book including breakfast!

Clean, new and everything is in good working order. Staff are excellent. service was great. Food was good.

Only some trouble adjusting the temperature in the room at night. Was too cold.

location is a single possible disadvantage of the hotel. it’s around 15-20 minutes by walk to the beach and Bangla road. anyway, the hotel is still pretty close to restaurants and supermarkets

This hotel was new and went well above our expectations. Will definitely come back. Its a good choice as walkable to Bangla but far enough away not to hear the madness

Good hotel, clean rooms, nice pool, nice rooftop bar, ...

A 9/10 instead of 10/10 because we found there was not much flexibility in the hotel. We stayed 2 nights: the 1st morning we overslept and missed the breakfast by 10 minutes and couldn't eat anything anymore. The 2nd morning we had to leave at 5:00 AM to the airport and it was not possible to eat breakfast this early nor was it possible to get a breakfast package. We were offered to order something for 350THB (±€10) per person and this would be at the reception by morning, which we thought was unfair since we had breakfast included in our stay. They also have shuttle services but do bear in mind that they are expensive (even compared to the Grab app).

The place is really good, new and stylish. Breakfast is a bit limited but delicious with some variations every day Service was excellent from all the staff The size of the room was generous with a pretty balcony facing mountain/city view My favourite place was the pool. Very good ambience with music in the background. Super peaceful and relaxing They helped me to arrange transportation to the airport Bonus points for having bathroom jet spray in the toilet

I wanted to enjoy the balcony at night because the weather was very good.There are chairs out there, but there is no table. I asked in the reception, but unfortunately, they don't have tables for the balconies
