The hotel very nice the room we stayed in was very big and clean (corner room) this the 3rd time we have stayed here the staff are very good and friendly plenty of choice for breakfast
The pool was not open it was being renovated its a shame they not Tell us this we have a 11 year old who loves the pool as we stayed there for five days it was a big disappointment

The hotel is very well maintained, with friendly, helpful staff. The food was good, breakfast although limited compared to some hotels, was still fresh and enjoyable. The best feature is definitely the view across the Meekong river into Laos. All rooms face the river. I would definitely stay here again next year at Songkran!!!

The location is great! Close to everything like Indochina market, convenient stores, restaurants. And have a big parking lots. Every rooms have a beautiful view of Mekong river and the land of Lao. Plus, infinity pool! The size of the room is quite big compares to others and bed is comfortable. The hotel is quite new and well maintained. The staffs are lovely and helpful.
A little bit overpriced. Shower head holder is broken. There was some noise during the night. Maybe the wall is quite thin.

No check room before let the client checking in. My room’s lighting was of of order. They send worker to repair when we were in the room. And made dust and dirty. Until we asked for change the room. Finally we got changed room. Made inconvenient!!

Most of the facilities were closed (restraunt and bar). But I don't think the hotel was full. It was very quiet. Maybe things were still slow due to Covide, and tourism is slow.

Naturally the breakfast was more tailored to Thai nationals but there was sufficient choice to satisfy as would be expected of a 2880 Baht room. Everything else excellent.
Poor supply of tea/coffee etc in the room. Enough for 1 cup each for 24 hours and are cheap items to provide.
