everything; literally everything. The staff is beyond helpful and caring, the hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever seen. In the future for other hotels; it will be hard to satisfy us after staying here :)) spoiled everyday with complimentary afternoon teas, the delicious food they serve, the gifts, cleanest rooms and pools… they even provide hair straighteners for ladies I mean how more thoughtful can they be? I know price is higher than average chiang mai hotels but worth it.. totally worth it.

we loved every second of our stay, however at nights, the pool was a bit noisy. It’s fine though, after a while, you get used to it.☺️

Location in old town is perfect and a few minutes walk from night market, street food market and temples, it's perfect. The Team is exceedingly welcoming and professional, antecipating your needs.

Everything was exceptional we had a lovely stay the staff are very friendly, polite, cooperative and considerate.

This was easily the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at before. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were impressed with the style/decor and how they integrated nature and open spaces with the hotel areas. We were absolutely blown away by the room - we stayed in the Glass Pool Suite, and it was even more beautiful than we had expected from the pictures online. The staff was friendly and helpful and made our honeymoon stay delightful. They even gave us a sandwich unexpectedly when we left for our flight on the last morning! The location was great too, and breakfast and afternoon tea were included. Overall 10/10, would highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast is nice, a three course menu rather than a buffet. I didn't make it to the afternoon tea but imagine that's similarly nice. Bed was super comfy, room was beautiful. I did one of the rooms with the balcony tubs (1st & 4th floor have private pools, 2nd & 3rd floor have balcony tubs) and it was really nice. There's an elevator. I didn't end up using the tub because Thailand has a lot of mosquitoes, but they provided plenty of towels, slippers, robes, bath foam, everything you could want. Nightly turn down service and sweets. Sweet and helpful staff who speak good English.

The shared pool only has about 6 chairs, and other guests where inconsiderate enough to leave their things on the chairs when they weren't at the pool, so I was never able to find a spot to sit and relax as I had hoped.

This place is unique and I mean it! First of all, I want to thank the Inside House Team for arranging our honeymoon. You made us feel special. We love the flowers, the cake, the wine and the special note written for us. This hotel is beautifully decorated and the big tree in the garden bring peace and serenity to this place. For the people reading my review, my only advise is « BOOK THIS HOTEL NOW ». The cleanliness of the place is indescribable. The food is so well presented and tasty. No words can describe it. The breakfast was very yummy. The afternoon tea was special. Hubby and I were pleasantly surprised by the Thai sweet. I almost forgot the cheesecake! A bomb! The eclair meringue was to die for! We really enjoyed our stay. We felt good. We had such good meals. The staff was extremely attentive. In some days, they cleaned our room twice while we were just down stairs enjoying the afternoon tea. Best hotel I have ever stayed.

This hotel is a beautiful refuge inside the bustling city of Chiang Mai. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. The staff is absolutely wonderful - friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were some of the best meals my husband and I had on our whole trip. We felt safe and well cared for the entire time we stayed there.

We stayed here with our 2 children, but didn't realize it wouldn't be a super family friendly hotel. Our white American kids had trouble finding things to eat from the breakfast menu (nothing like a trip to another country to help you realize just how picky your kids are!!) There were no other children that we saw staying here, so I wouldn't recommend it for a family. But it was absolutely magical for a couple!!

The staff are what makes this hotel. Just super super friendly, helpful and generally lovely. The room was beautiful - we had a corner pool suite. The food was the best hotel food we had the whole time we were in Thailand. Felt like a restaurant every day. The afternoon tea was a nice touch daily.

The afternoon tea got a bit repetitive after a while - it would have been nice to have some variety in the selection of treats. Also the pool was very cold. We still used it and i understand it's not economical or good for the environment to heat constantly but it did mean it took some courage to get in at certain times of day. These are both minor things in an otherwise perfect stay

We think the management could be more accommodating. Since we had an early tour one of the days we we’re staying at The Inside House and were not going to make use of the breakfast and afternoon tea that was included on our rate. We requested to switch it for the morning we arrive while we waited to be checked in. We spoke to Oil, the manager, who to our surprise refused to accommodate our request. We were not asking for a free breakfast but to switch it for the one we were not having the next morning. This insistent definitely left a bad taste in our mouths.

Honestly it was beyond what I imagined. I booked two different rooms (based on availability as I did a late booking). I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff were and how accommodating they were to our needs. They were thoughtful all the way to the end (they prepared meals for us to-go when we checked out ). They also have daily tea time which is in fact an entire meal by itself and is AMAZING! My kids loooved the pool AND the tub, I felt like I was in some luxury hotel. I was afraid of it being so close to the airport that I would hear planes flying by but no. We went to other cities afterwards but my kids and I kept thinking back to the inside house. We loved it!

What is there to not like? I loved every bit!
