Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiang Mai -SHA Extra Plus

The villas are gorgeous and the staff are helpful. The pool is fantastic and absolutely stunning. It's like an oasis in the city. The villas are lovely, spacious and well equipped. The furniture is a little worn for the price tag, but an above average room for sure. Love the patio space.

Honestly disappointed in the dining options. I did eat there and the food was tasty and good, but there was not much atmosphere. I couldn't find the coffee shop and the lanna room was okay, but lot's of staff movement and noise and it just didn't feel like a 4 star plus dining facility.

I like the Lanna style and the clean hotel

The staff is amazing, the location is more than beautiful. The room SLoft is huge and clean. The pool was very clean and even enlighten at 6 which was stunning The breakfast was very diverse and tasteful.

The location is a bit far from activities, and you can't walk for 1km because of the road's condition so you have to book a grab until the bridge everytime you want to go out, which can be inconvenient (I tried to walk once until the hotel, but very dangerous do not do it) And maybe a chair or two in the room would be useful

The room was large and spacious. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast choice was huge ranging from lots of Thai cooked meals, continental options, eggs cooked to order and fruit/yoghurt. The pool was nice but only about 10 sun loungers, which was never a problem as it was quiet during our stay. Only 1 of the 2 pools was open when we were there.

The hotel is a 10 min ride out of town with not much around. There is one place to eat opposite the hotel which served authentic thai food and was delicious and very good value. There is also a small takeout coffee hut up the road from the hotel. Although the hotel do food it wasn't great. Housekeeping was slow to clear food away and it sat outside our room for almost a full day. Hotel a little tired especially around the spa area.

lovely pool/lounging area, very quiet hotel in the day and evening. staff were lovely. we had a loft room which was very modern and clean. little shop next door does amazing spring rolls. overall lovely “jungle” feel to the hotel. wifi was really good too. we didnt use the restaurant but bar staff very nice. its a 10-15 min taxi ride to town/markets.

the pool needs cleaning more regular. we were going to upgrade to private pool attached to room but saw it had algae so decided not to upgrade. quite noisy at night with local area.

Beautiful swimming pool but pool can't be used after 7pm which is a pity. During the day we are visiting the city surroundings and we like to swim when we are back. We rented scooters, with a company who brought the scooters at the hotel and picked them back up the last day. Nice town. lots of travel agency's to book daytrips and pick you up at the hotel. Laundry service was expensive, room service too. Bar open, but was pretty empty and closed after 9pm while we were there.

Locatedclose to some of the big thai restaurants like White House, riverside bar and grill etc so plenty of options to dine out if the food here don't appeal to you. A nice vegetarian restaurant also close by for those who like the Asian veggie food. Check in was swift, friendly and helpful. There are 2 restaurants on site but unsure if both were open with the current climate. A beer bar which has seating outside is also open. Swimming pools, sunbathing area, view tower, pond are some of the things to see around the resort. We took the plungepool access room; this was a little dated but nice, the plunge pool could do with a good clean as green algae has grown on the tiles. There are quite a few mosquitoes about but during our time there a mosquitoe spray of the ground took place. AC in room was in good working condition. A bath as well as shower is provided. Dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries, TV, hair dryer, safe, fridge are all in the room, no iron too but it's no problem as there is a laundry service or a laundry shop just 50m away on the street. Wifi is strong and reliable. A small parking area and more room on the street if needed. Breakfast is more suited to Asians with the usual Asian cuisine catered for. A few cereals and bread/cakes for westerners. An egg bar catering for your egg request is also here. The thing that really stands out for us is the staff, they are all really helpful, friendly and nothing seems to be a problem for them, this is a massive positive impact for anyone away on holiday, congratulations and thanks to them all for making us feel so welcome.

Nothing really, just could of kept the plunge pool cleaner

The restaurant could have offered better vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel was outside main town so had to take taxis into town most days.

I like the natural feeling if the resort. The swim pool is like a river , a farm right onsite, which my room was facing to. I could hear the frogs and summer insects every night during my stay. Other room types with quieter facing available as well.
