Kokotel Krabi Oasis

Everything! Family friendly and very welcoming. Very clean and in a great location with free shuttle service every hour to the beach. It has a children’s play area, swimming pool, breakfast every morning. Modern and comfortable rooms with smart TV, and facilities such as kettle, water, hair dryer, peppermint tea. 5 minutes walking distance from a 7/11. This is the best hotel we have stayed in yet, so much so we extended our stay here for another week.

I cannot really fault anything. If I was being pedantic the corners of the beds in the triple room are very sharp and not very suitable for a baby crawling. This was reported to reception, but they swiftly resolved and moved into a room with double and single bed.

Rooms were cozy and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Muslim showers Smart TV, always great to have. The view outside was great, you can hear birds chirping in the morning, a soothing melody personally. The breakfast was amazing! There was always something new every other day, which kept my excitement high for each morning. The hotel is located close to Aonang Landmark Nightlife Street which was a great night market with cheap but very delicious street food and Thai milk tea. A real shame I only stayed here for 3 days.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I disliked about my stay.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Krabi! It is very clean and comfortable here! I think my favorite area was the pool, it was so serene and just nice to relax by during the day or at night. I would definitely come back here if I were to stay in Krabi again ☺️

The location is quite far if you are planning to walk to the main strip. I mean it is doable but I only did it once and then got a motorbike. There are some restaurants near by that are within walking distance and the night markets as well! Other than that nothing else I didn't like about here.

The rooms were lovely and had comfy beds. The shower had good pressure, it was just unfortunate timing that the water wasn’t working on 2 mornings, but this was quickly rectified on both occasions and an alternative shower was offered the 2nd time. The pool was small but nice. The free shuttle to the main street was a lovely touch and really useful!

There was nothing particularly bad - the only thing would be that there could be a slightly later shuttle return from the main steer as the last one is 7.10pm. The pool sun beds are also not in the sun but didn’t affect us as we just went to the beach!

To far from the main strip, grand if your with friends but wouldn’t recommend it to family’s or females as the road you have to walk up isn’t lit up and it’s quite dark staff were quiet rude, was leaving at 6am to go the airport when a man from reception followed me out and started shouting to check out (my friend was asleep in the room and planned on checking out at 10am) only given one key card so when you left the room you couldn’t charge power banks etc, we asked for a second key and they tried to charge us 250 bath, hotel is nice but staff I would say are just keeping all this extra money to themselves as it went in their pockets and not the tills

The cleanest, most comfortable stay I’ve had in Thailand! It’s situated in the perfect location, has the most helpful and kind staff and the rooms are designed for pure comfort and ease. We loved it so much we extended our stay! I couldn’t recommend enough.

In our second room, the smart TV’s didn’t work which was quite annoying as we were looking forward to watching Netflix, as we did in our first room. They also provide a laundry service which was expensive and they didn’t give the bags we put our laundry in back, which again was massively inconvenient. Other then that, it was a great stay!

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The staff are friendly and the communal area is good for working. Wi-Fi worked great. it was good for what you pay.

it was very loud at night. You can hear road noises, even from the back rooms. when other guests leave their rooms you can hear the doors, even from two floors up. the shower was warm but not hot. it was very far away from everything, there’s a free shuttle but it goes every two hours and stops at 7pm which is no good if you want to go out for dinner. it was an ok hotel, they just need to have shuttles later in the day and improve the insulation to help with the noise.

very clean and all furniture very new nice play room for the kids to use during the hottest hours of the day. the sheep’s decoration were very appreciated by my kids!

is only 700 meters from the nearest beach but the road is very bad especially at night. they have a shuttle but not always punctual and starting only at 9:30 (a bit late for a family with kids that in peak season wants to use the early part of the morning and be in hotel before 12:00)

Fantastic hotel right next to Ao Nang beach front. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Food and drink service is good. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are super comfortable. It was also great to have some English speaking movie channels on the TV after travelling for 3 months, it was nice to be able to relax in my room and watch films. The pool is small but big enough to swim and exercise in. A great stay
