Located in the village quite close to the ski lifts, this impeccably clean hotel is certainly worth it. The pictures on booking are very realistic. The staff is friendly but the owners are quite stern. This hotel offers an excellent dinner well cooked and tasty. Breakfast is a buffet
As said above, the owners are not very welcoming. The arrangement for the ski storage should be improved by a way to get in without having to ring. A system with a code would be an answer. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

excellent location, 5 mins walk from main Médran lift. Typically Swiss and friendly staff. Clean all round and was able to shower in a room after checking out before heading to the airport. laundry available which came back within the day and borrowed a travel adapter. didn’t get to see the pool though.
One of the more reasonable places to stay in Verbier, and on the basic end of the scale as a result, but great for people wanting spend most of their time on the mountain.

The staff were so, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfy and clean. The views from our windows were spectacular and the location couldn't have been better. We had a half-board stay booked and the dinner was delicious, especially the cheese course.
The rooms haven't been updated/renovated recently. Verbier is super swanky, so this was surprising, but didn't bother us at all. They were super clean and very comfortable.

Verbier is a great ski resort and the hotel is in a perfect location for the medran lift.
As the family room overlooks the road you can't open the window during the night otherwise you can hear people talking very loudly as they walk home from the bars.

This place is like a bed and breakfast. Great location in the heart of Verbier. The rooms had lots of space and great views out to the mountains. Family run establishment. Easy walk to numerous bars and restaurants if you choose to eat out.
Yes, some things could do with a refurb, but good value and the hotel was super clean.

The service from the staff was beyond amazing. They genuinely cared about each guest. The room was a great size and some of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve had in any European resort. Excellent set dinner menu.
The breakfast is a little lacking, but wouldn’t change the fact I highly recommend the hotel!

Friendly and thoughtful service. Cooking was home-style and very tasty. The location is excellent.
The hotel is an oasis in a very expensive and at times a snobby resort. Go to Verbier with your eyes open and ignore the fur coats, annoying posh English accents and the spoilt kids. The locals are lovely other than the impatient lads at the Medran ski locker.

It has the feel of a small family business. Great location! All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The evening meal was included in the price which was very nice. The swimming pool was a bonus!!

We booked the twin south room and it is exactly what we need - a balcony with a great view. Food is excellent, home made and healthy. Staff is friendly and it is very convenient to the walk to the cable car station or the town.
