Mövenpick Hotel Zürich-Regensdorf

Very friendly and helpful staff, great convenient location, provisioning of ART/PCR tests on-site was a great plus.

Was a little disappointed the room didn't provide basic toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste, and safe deposit box wasn't working. But supermarket's just a stone's throw away, so was still OK..

We really liked the hotel The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were providing sufficient space and they were clean and nice. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet district. There is also a small nice shopping center next to the hotel.

Our stay was all very fine, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very nice district. However the only minor issue is, it takes around 30 minutes to reach the the city center Zurich. Apart from the traffic, it was really very fine.

We were visiting my son who lives in the area. The location was excellent, right next to small mall and grocery stores. I wish I had the time to visit the fitness center/spa, it looked wonderful. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Almost walking distance to the train station, but buses are available. Very satisfied with our stay.

The only small item was the adjustment of the thermostat. I heard others commenting on it also. It was confusing. Very minor, the room was generally comfortable.

What I like about this hotel was the location its just right next to the shopping area. The parking is very safe although its not a free parking.

The only thing I didnt like during our stay at this hotel was our bedsheet hasn't change, we stayed 12 nights and they only change our bedsheet after 8 days of our stay. I notice that the bedsheet of my 2 daughters has stain and it has been there from our first day. I don't know how often they're changing the sheets, but come on if you see its dirty it should be automatically right? And the pillows is just so soft and small that we can't sleep at our first night. I have to steal the pillow of my daughter so I can double it.

The airport service bus is gone.

Facilities are clean. Good size bedroom. Comfortable bed. We had a nice stay at this hotel.

Cigarette smell in the room. Not perfect location for tourists, because it is too far from Zurich city centre. SPA (swimming pool should be paid separately) - I did not see this information on the booking. Later I found it, but only in questions/answers section. It should be clearly written in main offered services by hotel.

Comfort base, very good location, nearby there are cafes, shopping center. Breakfast at the hotel is perfect, the staff at the restaurant and at the reception are very nice. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, there is everything you need for a relaxing stay!

I'm not happy with the heating in the room! it is unacceptable for this chain of hotels and four stars that the heating does NOT work. I had two children and I had to ask for an extra stove, which could not heat the room well!

Clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast good. Staff pleasant & helpful. Shower was decent. Room had iron, flat screen tv, tea making facilities, and a small fridge. Good Wi-Fi.

Cleaner threw away my plastic bag for liquids at airport which was a bit strange. Otherwise no complaints. Church bells every morning were unexpected.. Could have done with built in usb charging points in sockets. I kind of expect that in a hotel these days.

The restaurant was excellent. The food very tasty and good quality. The room was spacious. The staff at the front desk in the morning were helpful.

The beds were not particually comfortable and the pillows lumpy. We all did not sleep particually well because of this. I thought there was a swimming pool but we could not find it!

The location is very near to train station and accessible through bus just in front of hotel. The room was very spacious.Toilet were very clean. Can visit the nearby shopping area(1minute walk)with enough restaurants to have food and for purchase of groceries.Overall our experience was above expectations.
