Great hotel, we had such a great holiday! Perfect location just in the town of Les Gets next to some great restaurants and bars. The hotel has great decor and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, in particular Pete and Valeriia. Very comfortable, clean and stylish rooms. Can also definitely recommend the full breakfast in the mornings!

The whole team at the hotel are fabulous. Every member of staff is helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond. The breakfast was wonderful and the vibe around the hotel was really welcoming and warm. Elizabeth and Vicky were so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and anything else we asked about. Richard who seemed to be everywhere, was lovely and excellent at catching your eye just when you finished a drink so you didn't have to wait long for your next one! And not forgetting the host with the most Johnny, who brings his joie de vivre to the whole place. I do hope that the owner manages to reunite this wonderful team every winter season, as they are the unique USP that makes this hotel stand out from the others in the area.

It was a shame that the sauna and steam room were a little erratic. I think the steam room did work but was exceptionally hot which I think was a little over what it should be. Sauna, didn't work and when it was switched on it took too long to get up to temperature to be enjoyed before the timer turned it off again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hospitality was warm with a personal touch which only comes with smaller/family run hotels. Hotel entrance and lobby thoughtfully laid out for relaxing and having a drink. Beautiful alpine chalet decor in the rooms. Top of the range sanitary and brass wear in the bathroom. Clean and well kept throughout.

Pretty and bijou spa hotel in a good location for an active winter holiday. The decor was really well thought out and tasteful. The breakfast quality was excellent.

although there is free parking next door, we weren’t informed about the fact there is a trader’s market on a Thursday. When I questioned why I didn’t know there was a bit of doubling down on ‘we tell everyone’. Sadly, they didn’t tell me, which meant a ticket and some fist waving from angry market stall owners.

What I like the most about the hotel are the people who work there. Tony, Richard, and, of course, the hostesses Vicki and Peter. Peter is very charismatic, has a bright and extraordinary personality. Vicki is very humble and responsive. Tony and Richard are the soul of the hotel. They always deal with problems with unique English humor, which always evokes only positive emotions. The hotel itself is located in the center of the resort. Lovely modern rooms - designed in English style, comfortable beds. I will always remember my trip fondly.

The warm welcome by the staff, especially the manager, the clean cosy and big room, nice floor-heated bathroom, the Indian restaurant of the hotel was delicious. Also the croissants and pains au chocolat at the breakfast were very good.

Couldn't enjoy the spa, because we had to book a time slot in advance but we only received the website link on the day of our arrival and it was fully booked. There is a big parking next to the hotel but unfortunately we had to move our car on Thursday (because of the market), not the hotel's fault but just letting future guests know about it.

Great location, comfortable beds, the possibility of parking (although a bit limited) Nice balcony with seating Inside the rooms seemed quite soundproof, we could hear people while in the corridor but never inside the room.

There's not really anywhere to set anything. The bathrooms have 1 shelf and for 2 people and all the toiletries, it was a bit unorganized. Same with bedside storage, there's no table just a ledge that can barely fit a phone never mind a drink, glasses, book, etc.

the owner, most staff, the location and the breakfast (even if you were upselled each morning!) Great ski hire service through MadWax available at the hotel. Lovely atmosphere in the bar and fabulous service there.

No hot water the first 2 nights BUT that was solved by us moving rooms. Being given a room different from the description on our booking.com confirmation. This too was sorted out after speaking to the Owner.

Penthouse appartment was spacious and well equiped, great view from the balcony. Location is just a short 1min short walk to the main shops bars etc. Ski lift very close to hotel. Hotel staff could not have been any more helpful, excelent comunication, all spoke perfect english, the bar & restaurant were idea. Peter (the owner) & all his staff so helpful, we could not get a taxi at that time to take us to Morzine so he took us in his personal car, amazing .

Very minor points, that had no impact on our enjoyment; Bigger / more waste bins. No hand rail on the 1/2 flight of stairs to the appartment.

Very nice and friendly staff members and owner of the hotel, overwhelming support, provided with all we needed for a perfect stay! Nice interior design, clean and comfortable rooms. Great food and bar beverages. Location is also good - 3 min walk to the nearest ski hill. Fresh air, nice view - everywhere. If you need laundry - its just in front of the hotel. Grocery store, shops and bars all around. I will definitely come back here with my friends to spend a perfect holidays!
