Hilton Geneva Hotel and Conference Centre

I quite liked being just outside of the city. It was quiet and relaxing. The hotel appeared to be very well organised and well run. Staff were always extremely helpful. Breakfast had great choices. Loved the pool area!

Just a suggestion. I was half board. It would be good if the half board voucher could be used at either lunchtime OR the evening meal. At least 2 of my vouchers were not used because I had eaten at lunchtime and did not want to force myself to eat in the evening. Also rooms in the old part of the hotel were dark and dated.

We flew in from an international flight and decided it would be best to stay one night before we started driving. This place is perfect because it's right by the Geneva airport. We had dinner at the hotel and it was really yummy with excellent service. The buffet breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we had the whole time we were in Switzerland. Rooms weren't huge but the beds and showers were sufficient. We reserved the family room which is essentially two connecting rooms with a king in one room and two twins in the other room. It was perfect for a family of 4.

I don't have any negatives for this hotel. It totally met the needs of our exhausted jet lagged family.

If you stay in Geneva, I would highly recommend this hotel, this one of the best hotel in Geneva, near to airport and train station with easy access everywhere because they provide shuttle bus every 20mins . They have amazing room, we stayed at room 726 with family and it was perfect stay, nice bed, amazing sleep. The balcony is so huge and we really having a great time. We also stay for half board, and we must say, the pasta is excellent! The food in the restaurant for our dinner was amazing, the breakfast also very nice. We LOVE THE POOL and the sauna room. We also enjoyed how amazing is the stuff is, special shout out for the shuttle bus Driver MR. ABDU, who is going his way to help us a lot, even coming back to bring my fiancé’s medicine that he left on the room. The staff help us so greatly and we are definitely choose this hotel again for our upcoming trip to Geneva.

Everything was perfect.

Lots of space in the communal areas. Regular shuttle to the airport with lots of room for large suitcases (family of 4 with ski gear!) The breakfast was excellent and varied with plenty of hot and cold options and alternatives for dairy/gluten intolerances. The reception was always well staffed with very knowledgeable and we'll presented professionals. Good value for families, just got two suits with interconnecting doors - plenty of room and little seating area. Plus some fresh fruit.

The bedding was not to my liking. Both the pillow and the duvet with thin and airy, so little to no support or warmth giving.

Very tasty and diversified choices for the breakfast buffet. Freshly made omelet with mushroom, capsicum, cheese, ham...upon the request of customers. The servers are very nice and efficient. Great location for Palexpo and a quiet environment. 10-minute walk to Migros airport. Easy access to Geneva City by train from the airport or by bus at Palexpo

Wifi signal is weak in the room. Had to stay in the toilet to access the internet

Room was very comfortable, cleaned daily with fresh supplies. The one time I order room service, it was a slice of heaven.

I have been back 4 days now and my card funds are still blocked by the hotel even though the charge has been paid, the finance team has been unhelpful. It has literally ruined the awesome experience I had. For an international hotel, they should have some staff who speak English.

My son was stranded at Geneva airport with Easy Jet Cancelling his flight he had never travelled alone, Easy Jet gave no support or assistance, so using Booking.com i his mother booked the Hilton Geneva Airport, i called after the booking to upgrade to a room with a bath so he could destress, on arrival the lady was so nice at the desk she did not charge for the upgrade, thank you so much to the Hilton, it made his two nights a treat rather than stressful experience he also loved the pool and spa. The Free Shuttle to and from the Airport was also a great support and he was given a special bus pass to go into Geneva, which with no budget for a spare day was also super helpful.

All necessities for convenience, like comfy beds, fridge, kettle are provided. Spacious toilet cum bathroom, spotlessly clean and quiet. The (paid) dinner was exceptionally rich and delicious, and its (restaurant) service was very courteous and warm. Excellent swimming facilities (sizeable pool, comfortable jacuzzi and spa) are provided with no extra cost. A very good breakfast with a rich variety of hot and cold food. Free shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes.

The hotel is quite spacious and the rooms too, so there's no cramped feeling unlike many of the Swiss hotels. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The other good point was the city day tickets which were very handy to move around the city. Wifi strength was also pretty good. Beware all you Apple users though, the TV screens are Samsung so you need a Samsung device for Screen Mirroring :-) The extended checkout was very much appreciated.

The glass doors of the toilets/bathrooms in the rooms were quite uncomfortable for us as a family but maybe its ok for the more modern thinkers. It would also be good if some of the important COVID restrictions are detailed on the Booking.com website. Yes, there is a general remark to check for latest updates, but we didn't pay attention to it while booking. Luckily, we called the hotel the day we were to arrive and were able to get a PCR test en route to allow us access to the Swimming pool.

The room (executive) was clean, very spacious and well insulated. The breakfast was excellent, good variety of food and drinks and a chef making fresh omelettes. The indoor swimming pool is a big plus! We got free parking and that was a nice surprise.

The bathroom and corridors were slightly outdated. Bath amenities were minimal (for 1 person even though we were 3 guests). No drinks or snacks available at minibar (one could ask, but that's extra hurdle). The wellness area (sauna and showers) is small and rather crowded in the evening. The location is close to airport and thus far from city center (25-30min by public transportation (+ short walk from and to hotel).
