Precise Tale Seehof Davos

Everything was very good, the room was big and stylish and very clean. The location of the hotel was very good and we were given a free bus and train ticket by the hotel with which we could see two of the villages around Davos. Very good and quality breakfast. The only problem I can say is the attitude of the staff, which can be a little friendlier and with more smiles. There was only one gentleman working in the restaurant department (named Valentino) who was very skilled and had a very good and polite demeanor and did all the work and orders quickly.

Room was comfortable, big enough for a couple. Breakfast was great with everything you could desire to have for breakfast. Perfect location, just 50m from ski room to Parseen ski lift.

We asked for room service at 19:00 o’ clock to order dinner for my children and they couldn’t serve us as they were busy with their restaurant and bar at the lobby. They told me to try again in one hour but still it wasn’t sure if I could order. Housekeeping was really slow. Even at 16:00 o’ clock , rooms ( we booked 2) weren’t cleaned and refreshed.

The staff. Super friendly and Willing to support in order to make your stay in the hotel even better.

Two things. 1) no information about not bringing the kids to the spa area after 17:00 due to naked people in a hotel that 80% of customers are families with kids. 2) restaurant Chesa, waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the main courses. Taste was not good. Kids plates were very small portions and as a result we ordered more food but we were told that kitchen was closed 10 minutes ago. Overpriced restaurant.

The renovation has defenitely increased the comfort. Good local close by the cable car to Parsen. Good breakfast buffet end wellness area. We also enjoyed very much ending the day by the lounge-bar with live piano music!

There is a restaurant by the hotel, which is not good value for money. The staff could definetely be more welcoming, no one helped with bags or ski, and they gave us that classic look like we were somehow bothering them for visitng the hotel. One (young) guy at the reception was very kind but the others were just standing there watching, like he was doing something wrong. The single room is quite small and does not offer the same level of comfort of a double room.

Me and my friend got a very nice upgrade to a junior suite, which was spacious and had nice wooden finishings. The hotel staff was friendly and flexible (we arrived on Saturday at 09.00 a.m. and wanted to directly go skiing, having booked only the Sat. to Sun- night in the hotel). The food was amazing, both the breakfast buffet and half-board dinner. The breakfast buffet offers great eggs Benedict plus the selection of fruit has been impressive. We also liked that the hotel is animal friendly.

The spa was a bit overcrowded and I didn't get the idea of letting children in until 17.30. There's no pool, so the kids hang out in the two tiny jacuzzi pools, which are just in front of the Finnish sauna, making noise and disturbing the spa experience.

The Precise Tale Seehof Davos was well beyond my expectations for a 5-star hotel. First of all, the team arranged a beautiful room upon a last minute special request from my side, despite the hotel being fully booked. All employees I interacted with were extremely polite, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Davos; it is a beautiful building, nicely renovated, which conveys a cozy and chic atmosphere. The spa and fitness facilities are very nice, clean and modern. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were amazing. Our stay was unfortunately too short and we will definitely come back soon, hopefully! I thank the entire hotel crew for making our stay wonderful !

Everything was perfect - really!

The staff was exceptional. Every one we spoke to was extremly nice and handled everything extramely well. We travelled quite a lot in the world and this one was one of the best. Without a doubt, top world class service. Location to the ski lifts is perfect (Skiing was the main purpose of the visit). We got the free upgrate to a better room. Breakfast was amazing.

Service at the bar was excellent. Special mention to Stephanie. Professional, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much for her. Live piano music Deluxe rooms spacious and well equipped

Public areas were not very clean. Breakfast restaurant: dirty floor and stained chair/couch upholstery Lobby area: dusty furniture

Great location, fantastic breakfast with a la carte offer of various egg plates. Staff supernice and helpful, we got an upgrade of a room without asking (the only thing: even though it ended up to be an executive room, turned out to be quite small). SPA area, very relaxing, with few people around you can truly enjoy yourself.
