The place was absolutely exceptional. It was very very clean, friendly receptionist, super comfy bed, marvelous view from the balcony.
The only disappointment I had was that the restaurant was not yet open but I am looking forward to go again and try the cuisine.

It’s a beautiful, boutique hotel.. fab bistro and I imagine great gastro resto downstairs ( have not yet been). Stylish, comfortable and arty, it has a great terrace with views of Gruyère. Definitely one of the best places to stay in the area.
Nothing really... maybe more cosy towels in the bathroom...tea & coffee in the room would be nice.
