Everything was great! Very clean and fresh, with a lovely balcony, huge mirrors in the bathroom/wardrobe, wifi was good enough for working, daily cleaning, super friendly staff, great location in 3 minutes walking from the beach. Little chocolates was waiting for me upon arrival, and when I was leaving the host hugged me like if I was a dear friend )) these little details made my stay there even more wonderful) A charming place! I highly recommend it!

They kept it very clean. We liked the room, it was comfortable and fairly spacious. And the location was just excellent.

The bathroom was less a room and more an alcove, and we had a direct sightline from the bed to the toilet, which had a glass door. This wasn't exactly obvious from the pictures and came as a surprise. Some people might like that but that wasn't us.

What a fantastic hotel! Fantastic location in the Old Town, in a little placa with restaurants and the church! 2 minute walk from the beach. We arrived via tram from Alicante and it was only 5 min walk from the tram stop at La Vila Joiosa! Air conditioning was very effective and quiet, and so appreciated in the heat of summer! Large room and bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows and extra duvets. Fridge and safe in room. Isabel is the most amazing host - fantastic comms from booking to checkin and out! Anything you need she can organise - any time!! We would not hesitate to return!

Isabel the host was helpful and gave excellent instructions to find. Room was spotless, well located and good finishes. I left my makeup kit behind and as I rushed back form train to get it, they were already trying to alert me. Excellent customer service

It was advertised on booking.com as only adults and to be quiet between 10PM and 8AM...and was blissfully quiet the first two nights as the restaurant below was closed. But the third night was very noisy until after midnight.

Firstly, the hostess was super kind, she's a lovely lady, who helped us with everything we needed. She has also a very good eye for detail! And speaks English very well. Also the lady who cleaned the room and made the breakfast for us was very nice. The breakfast was great, it looked like some kind of high tea every morning. We really had a great time and I would recommend this hotel to everyone! The location is also great, right between the streets with colorful houses. Just make sure when you stay in Villajoyosa, you also check out other places. So you can see more of the region.

Excellent location in the old town and short walk to the lovely beach. Beautiful decor, lovely functional rooms - everything you need and plenty of storage. Finally best hotel staff ever, called us by our names even before we checked in, checked on us and made sure we were comfortable.

It's in a good location. Far from the beach but a nice walk up into the old town.

We couldn't open the windows during the day because of street noise. And the wall between the bedroom and bathroom was weird with a peek through to the toilet and showers that had glass doors. Something a voyeur might appreciate.

A boutique hotel situated in the old town. 5 min. walk from Vila-Joiosa train stop, right next to the main road crossing town. 3-4 min. walk to Playa Central. Bars, shops, restaurants right next door. Spacious room for 2. Nice, modern design. Soundproofing is above average in Spain (you can barely hear anything from outside, despite the windows looking to a busy square). Very kind and helpful staff. Good handling of COVID19 rules. Both the room and the public spaces are clean and well maintained. High quality and good value for money. Strongly recommended.

No problem for us, but there are some minor issues to know before booking: the elevator is only from the 1st floor (3 floors in total), there is very little privacy in the 'bathroom' (actually it is not separated at all and both the toilet and shower are behind glass windows), mountain/city view is towards a busy square with one of the main roads of Villajoyosa.

The Staff is definitely the best attribute of the Hotel. In times of standardised and anonymous, the team out-stands by a friendly and warm Welcome with an unique service. Kind, caring, attentive and smiling. Jero figured out that my partner had a birthday and offers us a bottle of Cava, and Mari gave us her sunny personality every breakfast. They made us feel at home. It may not be the most astonishing place you visit in your life, but they are the best hosts and they make it fantastic! Really to recommend!

A parking closer wouldn't hurt

The location was quiet and very close to the beach. The room was regularly cleaned. The staff were very helpful.
