Very secure underground parking 10/10 free for bikes with barrier access! Very friendly and helpful staff! Cecilia is lovely and very welcoming Our room 110 had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. The room was clean and very nicely decorated The bathroom clean and modern and a pleasure to use! Nice shower. Breakfast was standard as expected Great location with central on your doorstep

Small thing but the lights in the sub level basement (parking) kept leaving us in the dark! If you have to pack bikes you have to go and activate the proximity sensor every 30 Seconds or get someone to stand by the sensor

We were greeted with a smile by everyone and nothing was too much trouble.. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. The secure underground parking was very important for our motorcycles and gave us peace of mind. The roads around the area are superb and the hotel is situated in the heart of a beautiful town. Looking forward to visiting again. Thanks for taking great care of us.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing details of local restaurants to try. Parking for our free motorcycles was secure and included in the price, as was the breakfast. Room was adequate for our needs with views of the mountains either side in the distance. Located really well within walking distance of the whole town of Vielha.

Location for centre of town is superb, staff are all exceptionally polite and breakfast has a great choice of mainly superb homemade food. Secure underground parking is also a welcome feature.

Being very fussy, I’m the summer it’s very hot so some cooling in the rooms would be welcome. Would not put me off staying again though.

Beds really comfy, showers hot and powerful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Staff were all very helpful and smiled a lot!

The coffee machine was very slow and needed staff to work it, which led to breakfast queues. Our bedroom felt faintly to cigarette smoke.

Very friendly staff speaking multiple languages including English, who went out of their way to help me. Quick check in and out. Very convenient location for walking around Vielha which is a lovely place for a couple of days to relax. Breakfast was delicious with options for everyone. Bed comfy, good views once I worked out how the window doors worked 😂

Shower could have been a bit stronger. Question the extra space required for a bath when it would be better used making the actual room area slightly bigger

Very well organised, garage under the hotel for our motorcycle. Lovely comfortable bar lounge for a beer after a long ride. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable quiet room in the centre of busy town. Balcony with mountain view. Very varied breakfast menu including local specialities. Helpful and hard-working staff. Good secure parking

Small outside terrace. Full up! Had to take our sundowner inside.

The staff were lovely. The room had a sofa and a coffee table which created a cosy atmosphere.

Definitely fair price for facilities (a little on the budget side eg no kettle available in the late evening, minimal toiletries) - but this was not a big issue. Would suggest making a tea kettle available 24H though, to the guests.

First night on the roadtrip from Barcelona to Oslo. Fine parking under the hotel. We had a fairly spacious room. Well equiped but not very fancy. We also had a spacious balcony, and the promissed mountain view was from the balcony. Breakfest was ok.
