Zenit Valencia

Room is next to the Central train station (Estación del Norte) and metro station Xativa which was great. I had a single room on the top floor. The room was very clean and soundproof. Very nice bathroom. The plastic washbasin is very practical and the bathroom is spacious and very clean as well. I could really appreciate the 5 different settings of the hand shower. I also liked there was a sliding window which I opened up to let some fresh air in the room. Fine minifridge to get some refreshments.

The room itself was not very spacious so I could not open my suitcase on the floor. But then again I had the single room so I can understand that. Airco was not working, probably it is centrally disabled in winter season, so I was glad I could open a window. Breakfast was okay but everything was in Spanish language only! Maybe some English signs would be nice for tourists that do not understand Spanish language.

Spacious and quiet room, with teamaker, cups, tea and coffee is provided, water bottles are brought every day, they also brought chocolate on a first day of stay. AC, amenities in the bathroom (conditioner and body lotion, which is great), nice view to the main train station and beautiful buildings in the city center. Main area is close by.

There was a blockage in the bathtub, would be good if they would fix it before the stay. It's a bit far from all beaches, so if you go to have a beach vacation, take the travel time to the beach into account.

This hotel is in such a handy location for a stay in Valencia for the following reasons . . . . . . 1) direct Metro Line to / from the Airport is just outside 2) Easy access to Old City Valencia and all the sights ( Central Mercado , Cathedral , St Nicolas Church , Silk Exchange ) Just cross the road outside at the traffic lights and you are heading for ( almost see ) Pl. Ajuntament. 3) Turn right out side , walk past the bullring, and you are on Calle Colon ( for Corte Ingles and shopping / supermercado ). Another benefit is that if you walk the length of Calle Colon you can catch a bus there ( no 24 ) direct to Albufera Natural Park 4) There is a bus stop within 200m ( bus 32 ) which will take you to El Cabayal , the beach area. 5) Tea and coffee facility in the room, not always the case in many hotels we looked at but a priority for us as we don't do a big breakfast anymore 6) Our room ( as in the picture ) was a decent size with shower / bath, fridge etc and kept very clean on a daily basis

Can be busy with pedestrians outside heading for the Estacio del Nord . We did not find it a problem though.

I asked for a quiet room but was given a room directly across from the elevator and overlooking the train station. During the night it was quiet, but as from 8 am it became quite noisy. Also, I had travelled a long long way by train to get to Valencia (I had travelled from Paris by train). I reached the hotel at 11 pm after 10 hours of travel. I would have liked a glass of wine, but the man at reception said the bar was closed and there was beer in the mini-fridge in the room. I don't drink beer. I could see the bottles of red wine on the bar counter. I think that the man could have made an exception and offered me a glass or even bottle of red wine at that moment. But he didn't. He just said, "The bar is closed."

Selected hotel due to location by train station. Expensive for convenience. Nice walk to old town. Bathroom good with toiletries. Soap & shampoo are liquid dispensers. Efficient air conditioner during hot days. Breakfast buffet with cold and hot foods. Too bad only one coffee machine for crowded room.

Stayed 3 nights in room 307. Very noisy. Wood floors carried sound of loud shoes & rolling suitcases & slamming doors. Bed very hard. Staff not helpful with tourist information. Valencia is big city and transportation needed to reach all areas. Every question about taking bus was answered with "go to main street." However, there are 6-7 bus stops there. Very frustrating.

There was lots to really like about Zenit Valencia. It’s really nicely designed. It is walking distance to the main train station. We had a room with a view over a pretty merry-go-round, and towards the bull ring. It’s conveniently located to everything. And the staff were friendly- welcomed us with smiles.

We were traveling for over a month so do need to ion frequently. I’m finding many hotels do not provide them as standard in the room. You have to ask for one.

Very nice room. Almost exactly the room in the pictures. The room has a comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. The bathroom is large enough for 2 people, has a decent shower-bath combo. The room is well sound isolated from the street and train station next to it. The double door (outside door and door between "hallway" and bedroom) helps a lot with isolation noises from the halls and elevator. All lighting can be controlled with switches at the bedside which is super nice is your like me and hate to get up to dim a light you forgot when going to bed. The location of the hotel is great as well. You're about 1 minute walking distance from the nearest Valenbisi (highly recommended) bikes and about 3 from the main square in front of the town hall.

Due to the wooden flooring and less than great sound isolation between the rooms, you'll clearly hear when others enter or leave neighboring rooms or when they talk loudly. Luckily for us, this only happened when we were still awake.

Nice hotel in the center of Valencia, close to metro about 50 meters and direct connection with airport. I booked just one single room but i was surprised because it was like a suite, really very big room with 2 separate spaces,one with a small living room and the other with the bedroom and very comfortable toilet. There's also piazza taxi right out of the hotel in case that need to move somewhere more far away.

I can't find something negative.

The location was great, the breakfast but what was really exceptional was the reception staff. They went above and beyond in giving us advice/suggestions to help us enjoy our stay. Always welcoming with a smile and patiently advising us on best way to get to spots, best local food e.t.c., and they were spot on. Thank you to the Lady and the Gentleman over here (our apologies for not keeping a note of their names)

excellent quiet boutique hotel across the street from Valencia's splendid Estacion del Norte... spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with a big tub to lay down in, really great breakfast, easy walk to Cathedral and other places of interest in the historic district. Plenty of restaurants nearby...taxi stand across street at train station, so always available..., excellent helpful staff at front desk...highly recommend Hotel Zenit Valencia
