Hotel Palacio De Úbeda 5 G.L

From the minute you arrived you where greeted with a friendly smile and a glass of champagne 🍾 or water. We used the valet parking service which was great too. Luggage taken to the room by the bell boy & Wow, what a wonderful big room , we stayed in room 112. All the staff from the front desk to the waiters etc where wonderful , but we would like to specially thank Lidia for her incredible customer service. She made our stay very enjoyable and nothing was too much for her. A great lady to have in one's team, wish all the hotels would have a Lidia where customer service should be of priority.

The hard bed, but they soon put a topper on and second night slept like a baby.

The room was large, and very comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The bathroom facilities were super. The hotel is in a perfect location for wandering around the town and close to some very good restaurants. And I have to mention the armoured knights in the balcony areas - nice touch.

It would have been nicer if the tub was behind a screen so there was some separation between bedroom and tub. But still the whole bathroom was great.

This is an amazing hotel, situated in the centre of Ubeda old town. The Spa is great and at reasonable prices. Staff was very kind, especially at the reception and at the breakfast. The room was very luxurious and the bed super comfortable. Roof pool was also nice, one could swim and enjoy a nice view of Ubeda.

There could be a wider selection at the breakfast, nothing was really missing but expectations are higher for such a 5 star. Parking on site a bit overpriced.

Beautiful property & hotel. lLocated right in the middle of Ubera. Glad pre booked parking at hotel as they have limited spaces. Not sure where else you would park. we had a second floor room which was massive and beautiful. Once you are out of the door of the hotel you are in the middle of the old town , a great location

Swimming pool smaller than it looks on the picture but ideal for a quick dip after sightseeing

Stayed in Junior Suite which was spacious, clean and luxurious. Rooftop pool very quiet and relaxing overlooking the rooftops of Ubeda. Staff very courteous. Excellent location, highly recommend.

Some noise from street outside during the night but apart from that no complaints.

they didn’t offer us a glass of water or champagne and we were waiting for the receptionist to give us the key when another couple arrive and they were offered with a glass of water 🤷‍♂️

Great location, helpful staff and a fun place to stay. The valet parking was excellent.

Our room was at times a triumph of style over substance. The bath for example looked fantastic, but was quite uncomfortable to sit in. But full marks to the hotel for creating rooms that bring a smile to your face.

Ubeda is a lovely little town and worth a couple of days to explore. It has a very relaxed feel about it and beautiful architecture.

Can't think of anything except for the very poor quality of coffee in the room!

Everything went well from arrival to departure. The reception staff went out of their way to explain the area, and even suggested a few good restaurants.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Friendly staff, superb location

Pool was closed, even the patio around the pool was out of bounds. Might have used the spa area with 3 pools and a massage facility but were prohibited from viewing it in advance.
