Outside air conditionning noise that does not allow to enjoy the great terrace we had booked . we had flights issues and the hotel refused to reschedule our stay but it was our mistake then we cannot fully complain about that yet it would have been great to be able to do it .

The hotel is truly an oasis in middle of the busy city of Seville! We really enjoyed our stay here - the location is 10/10. The staff are wonderful, we really liked the restaurant too and the specialty coffee from the cafe inside the hotel is amazing with great options of plant-based milks. You can also hire bicycles from reception, which we did, and would really recommend as Seville is a surprisingly easy and enjoyable city to navigate by bike! We’d definitely come back to this hotel!

The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and didnt have to get a bus or taxi once. The hotel itself was stunning, the decor was gorgeous and modern with scandinavian styling, super quiet and the rooms itself were perfect - very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Always at hand to help wherever needed which really added to our stay. I've recommended this hotel to all my friends and family and will happily come back again. Thank you so much for making it such a perfect stay for my partner and I :)

The best hotel I have every stayed in. The super friendly staff, location, food, the room (just wow! every little detail was thought about), the cafe, the coffee, the hotel restaurant, the rooftop terrace were 10/10 perfection. We had the best stay and I couldn't have asked for more from a hotel! We will only stay here when visiting Sevilla! I read a review before staying here that said 'the only problem is that you won't want to leave the hotel' - I felt the exact same :)

Absolutely nothing!

Beautifully restored old building which is now a calm oasis in a quiet street just a short walk to the busy shopping and restaurant areas. I love the mix of original character details and contemporary decor throughout the hotel and room. Very classy. Beautiful staff that were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Plus we got a free upgrade to a larger room which was a nice surprise. Thank you! Also worth noting they are very dog friendly. Everyone loved our pup and he was welcome in the cafe, breakfast bar and restaurant which is a rare pleasure in Spain. The cafe do the best flat white we found in a week travelling around Spain. And the restaurant food was of a really high quality with an interesting menu and excellent service.

My one niggle was parking. It is only a short walk away but it is a little tricky to navigate with very tight spaces if you have a larger car. But it is in the centre of a major city so I can’t mark this down. Just worth being aware if you are driving so no surprises.

Better than many 5* hotels I’ve stayed in. Its a stunning old building that has been beautifully renovated. It’s calm and peaceful, light and airy, but has everything you need and more including Bluetooth ceiling speakers which I appreciated. The morning coffee is top, the breakfast and restaurant delicious. I also had a cocktail in the terrace, and a snooze on the roof top. I stayed for 5 nights with my daughter and it was just perfect. From reception, to the waiters, barman, kitchen staff and cleaning team, everyone was super friendly. Would go back just to spend a few days at the hotel, never mind Sevilla!

The breakfast was excellent which we could enjoy in the patio. The location was very convenient. We could reach everywhere on foot. The room was always clean and the bed very comfortable. They provide water in the room, tea is available downstairs all day for free. The staff was very kind and helpful. We could rent bikes for a tour around the city. There is a smart tv in the room but we didn't really use it. Overall really liked staying there.

Our stay at Plácido y Grata was phenomenal. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating during our stay. The style and decor of the hotel was beautiful and we really liked the atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent and they had a great selection for our group. The hotel is by far the best dog friendly hotel we’ve stayed in. A fantastic location for tourism, and although our car was too big for the on-site parking it was easy enough to drive to a larger one the hotel recommended which was €15 a night. Overall, would thoroughly recommend a stay here and we hope to be back soon

breakfast was excellent. staff in all matters were friendly and very helpful. a credit to the hotel and made our stay very enjoyable particularly with information about the city sights and restaurant recommendations. very professional indeed and very pleasant.

nothing really. a wardrobe would have been nice rather than an open rail but we notice this is quite familiar in many hotels nows. not really a problem

The hotel is really beautiful, the hall, the common spaces, the room. Breakfast is good, not a huge variety of food but very good quality. The staff is super kind.

They say they have parking, but the truth is they have only two parking slots for 15/20 rooms. When you book a room if you ask for parking they tell you that you can’t reserve it and will check availability upon arrival. When you arrive 99% there is no availability and they send you to closest public parking. The locations of the parking is good, very close, but it is extremely expensive, 32€ per day, compared to 15€ per day of the hotel parking. I did not find thid fair.
