Hotel Mercer Sevilla

Where to even begin… I am in such an awe. I loved my stay here. To say that I liked everything is to say nothing. The hotel is incredible. Simple yet very exquisite interior from the ground floor to top. The beds are so comfortable and the linens are soft as feather. Immaculate clean property in every corner, the personal cards with compliments, weather forecast note (really!). Not to mention an in advance online concierge service with all the necessary info before arrival. I am well-travelled, and trust me I have never received an in advance note before. Very thoughtful. Ladies at the front desk effortlessly swishing their magic wands to make things happen in flashes, not to mention finding a personal tour guide last minute and all that with a genuine smile on their faces. I also enjoyed my last few hours at the rooftop terrace. Every detail in this hotel is very well thought out to make your stay very relaxing. I thank every personnel who made my stay so memorable. And a very special appreciation to Ms. Annabel Ruz for making my experience with the hotel so much better.

I loved everything.

The hotel is within walking distance to all major attractions. The breakfast is excellent and beautiful and the waiter Sergio is the best. On the first day, we asked for white cheese, but they didn't have it, but they bought specially for us for the next days. Other members of the staff are worth to be highlighted. Carmen at the front desk is very kind and efficient. She helped us with dinner reservations and other recommendations. Aroa, the barwoman was also very kind. My husband is very allergic and the hotel helped with all the requests for the room, which was very clean. In the room, the highlight is the bathroom.

We liked everything.

Outstanding service. Helpful, attentive, generous and accommodating. They did their best to make every request possible, from the 24h hours concierge service (through WhatsApp, they contact you 2 days before to make sure you have a nice trip organized) to breakfast at anytime, late check out, little details in the room and above all kindness. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, perfectly clean, super comfy beds and very well located. Will definitely come back.

Nothing.

The property is without doubt a 5 star experience. From arrival to departure, the service is concierge. It’s greatest asset however is the excellence of its staff against whom, some of the best hotel staff in the world would pale in comparison.

Our stay was too short.

The room was excelent, we had a view to the street with the orange trees (love them), we liked the location because it was on a quiet area but not far from the Cathedral, the staff was amazing, really helpful, friendly and very welcoming. We will for sure go back to stay there :)

Discreet, peaceful, understated style. A team of staff who work tirelessly and quietly to make a stay here so relaxing. We would love to come back and we would love to have all the furniture!

A beautiful boutique hotel with extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive staff! Our room was wonderful with a massive shower and a very comfortable and luxurious bed! The hotel design is stunning and the central location is great too. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Seville!

Very nice staff, well trained, sylvia is doing agreat job, both in servicing the customer as well as making them feel comfortable. The manager is great!

So wonderful, super kids friendly, but so chic at the same time!I would say effortless cool! Sergio was very very kind and helpful. We will definitely go back.
