Great hotel for family's. Brilliant adult and kids pool. Small playground on site. Plenty activities throughout the day. Right on beach and lots or resturants nearby. Drinks good but all inclusive residents defo got better treatment.

2 bed suite. 1 room didn't have a door. Had to put baby in other room so we were left with smaller bed. Room that had door was near impossible to open close. Very loud at night. Combined after 1st night and was told it was the quietest room which I think is very bizarre. We only had bnb breakfast was fine but very repetitive. Feedback from lunch and dinner not good. Kitchenette in rooms have nothing. Not even a knife and fork or a single plate

The receptionists were super friendly. Thank you for that. Its was the first time ever I hear the words "welcome to our hotel, enjoy your stay". Find it a quiet location, perfect for who wants to relax, and by the beach. Room is very spacious. I had a fantastic time. Amaizing value for money! Ideal for a budget trip. Thank you!

Food. I didn't enjoy the food. Salads are very similar every day and very limited choices of warm food. What I hated the most, in the restaurant: staff would take my plate full of food when i leave the table to get a drink. Then I have to get a new plate of food. What a waste!! This happened couple of times, no matter how fast i was... I was not the only one with this issue. I would suggest to have some signs on the table red to clean table, green meaning people still eating, like other restaurants. Hotel corridors are old fashioned, definitely need a refreshment. Thankfully the rooms are not like that.

We stayed in a superior room which was very good. The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room's were very quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety. We had dinner on the first night which was fine, we ate out for the rest of the week as there are nice restaurant's near to the hotel There is a bus stop right outside the hotel where you can go to the town of Roquetas de Mar and also Almeria city There is no airport bus so we used Shuttle Direct which is great for around 50 euros for 2 return. It's a nice hotel and I would book again.

Nothing really but a kettle for making tea and coffee would be great.

Stayed one entire week in July and it was amazing! The weather was so hot. There are 2 pools and both are really nice. The water was so warm, loved it. One pool has music all day which was great and the other does not, which is amazing for people who want to just not hear anything. The rooms are also good. Every day the cleaners would come in and clean, give fresh towels, etc. They were very friendly. They didn't inform us that the air conditioner only works when the window is closed, which we initially assumed was broken. Never encountered such design. The food was good, but I think the variety could be better. The all-inclusive option just gives you access to drinks and a snack bar opened all day with some fries, croissants, hot dogs, hamburgers, fruit and not a lot more. If you are not much of a drinker or eat a lot of food, then it's not worth to pay more for this. You will most likely be full all day if you take advantage of the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was amazing, everybody was so nice, friendly and always smiling. And the best thing was the entertainment. The entertainment team was the best! They put on a dancing show on Friday (our last day) and I think was amazing! They dance so well and it shows that they love to do what they do. I would genuinely come here again just to see them perform. Also throughout the day, there were so many activities both for adults as for kids, which was great. I can only describe the environment in the hotel as a happy, relaxing and party place. I also want to shout out again at the people on the entertainment team, I don't remember all their names but they were all amazing people and dancers. I remember Peter, Xavier (I think) and the girls. They were really the best thing about our staying here.

The hotel is a great beach front location. The bedrooms are spacious, very clean and nice walk in shower in the bathroom. The pool is big with a separate children's one. The entertainment team were very good. Socialised with all guests. Special mention to Adrian who made our short stay very nice.

The only bar open was the pool bar which we understand is probably due to Covid 19 and the fact the hotel wasn't busy but it was chilly in the evening sitting outside. The Irish Pub was closed and you could sit in El Patio bar but there was no bar service and you couldn't hear night time entertainment from there. The hot food was limited again due to lack of customers but we were still able to enjoy the other food on offer.

Nice clean hotel with expected amenities, good pools and the room was quite spacious and up-to-date. Rooms cleaned daily and I had no issues. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner area was generally good, clean and spacious. Staff very friendly throughout stay.

Food was generally average, nothing special. Food wasn't always as fresh as I'd expect, could be down to reduced capacity at the hotel. Breakfast was below average and in particular the coffee was terrible and border line throwaway. Coffee is a very important part of breakfast to me and I could not drink yours.

Great location right on the beach though there’s so much going on at the hotel, you may not even visit. The entertainment team are exceptional with superb shows every evening as well as activities throughout the day. The bar staff are excellent - though I think they are generally understaffed. Lovely swimming pools for adults and also a fun pool for the kids. Food was of a surprisingly high standard. Plenty of choices. Loads of varied vegetables & salads.

I was surprised to have to pay upfront at the hotel - never had to do that before! The air con in our room was quite poor. Just about worked to give a decent nights sleep. Probably not enough sun beds for the number of clients at full capacity. (Perhaps this is a covid issue?) The hot grill chef needs to learn how to flash fry thin steaks… Reception was a bit hit & miss - I found them slightly frosty. €20 for a towel deposit is excessive in my opinion. Minimal parking which meant parking on the street - not ideal.

we had stayed in this hotel about 40 years ago and it was good. it still is, but caters more for families. However, it was Roquetas that had changed and we did not like the location.

property was OK but it is 40 years old and really needs modernising. the suite we had was very basic and the air conditioning was inefficient

great place, with delicious breakfasts and nice swimming, just next to the beach, fantastic location close to the restaurants and chiringuitos

quite busy elevators, plenty of people accessing them in the rush hours, loud music playing all the night, difficult to focus or relax in the room

Reading some reviews we was dubious but can not recommend this hotel enough and cannot wait to return!! Marta on reception went above and beyond :-) very friendly
