The staff was amazing. I arrived very late and not only they didn’t seem bothered at all but they even had prepared a little something for me. They were great at explaining the out of hours procedure to enter the property and to make it as easy as possible for me. The dorm is nice and the bed comfy. They all have their plug socket so no Bed linen was clean. The kitchen was clean. The whole hostel has this boho atmosphere to It which is lovely. Even the other guests seemed to be super respectful as if selected for the place! LOL It’s also very conveniently located near a bus stop and right by Los Gigantes. I will stay there again.

Clean convenient and adorable staff

The best thing about the hostel is the community that forms during the stay, the girls volunteering there were very welcoming and they organized activities like dinners and cocktail nights to bring everyone together. I've met some amazing likeminded people and had plenty of laughs and memorable moments. The breakfast they prepare there is the best I've ever had at a hostel with homemade bread, hummus, fresh pancakes and plenty of options. We stayed in a double room that was clean and spacious with a private balcony. The common areas were clean and felt cozy and homelike. I'll remember my stay there with a dear feeling in my heart. Thank you amazing people <3

The hostel is quite beautiful, clean and with good quality kitchen tools/appliances. Great location (7 minutes walking from Playa de la Arena and 8 minutes by car from Los Gigantes). I worked every day for 4 days from their rooftop with very strong and fast wifi (3 different routers), no issues there. My best experience was with the staff: they made me feel like we were a family (even made pizza night and pasta night) and I had my best time going out with them. 100% would recommend

The volunteers are super nice people! The atmosphere was really good and chilled. Breakfast with the basics was included. Cereal, toast, crepes, hummus, tomatos, eggs, cake.. :) As of 11 pm you have to be quiet and everyone respected that rule. I had a really good sleep there and extended my stay from 3 nights to 6! Super close to the beach, so I was able to work and hit the beach at my lunch break and after work.

The only downside is that the water pressure it the shower is really really low. So you had to find a time when no one else is showering to get a bit of pressure. But that's the only negative thing.

Amazing staff who felt like friends, awesome breakfast, everything very well organized. Rooms were comfortable, each bed had it's own lamp and plug, there were also lockers you could use if you a lock. They have their Whatsapp group for activities. The location is also good, close to the bus stop and the Arena beach. Pleasant walk to los Gigantes but also Alcalá. I had amazing experience and I hope to come back one day! Thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect!

The hostel is very clean! It felt like the house was continuously being cleaned, which I really liked. The people/volunteers were friendly and always ready to help. You can park in the neighbourhood and it's closeby Los Gigantes (+- 30min of walking). I'm never staying in hostels but I gave it a try and I liked it (especially because it was so clean). Afterwards I even booked a night in Nest hostel El Medano and I liked this one even more (bigger and a bit more modern).

The room is rather small, but OK I don't think you can expect more for €25/night :).

I was staying in 4-bed girls only room, so it was quite calm. I liked that. Stuff was partially friendly, not all of them. One private bathroom was an advantage. Fine breakfast. It was very close to the center and the beach.

Breakfast wasn't as rich as presented on photos (it's better in El Medano Nest ;), I was missing fresh veggies.). One bathroom was really not comfortable. Why there were two showers in one room without any curtains? How two people should shower there? They couldn't provide any lockers and they usually do at hostels.

Absolutely top hostel. I been in many hostel in my life, but this one is more like a family hostel where the volunteers help u in any way you need. The breakfast is freshly made every single day, and the rooms and the commons area are also daily cleaned. Just 3 minutes walk there is a beautiful beach and many delicious restaurants. I can only recommend this hostel. Gera and Romina top woman, thank you for your kindness.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, located away from the tourist traps of Tenerife but close enough if you wanna go check those. Los Gigantes is not a party place, so I recommend this hostel for people more into hiking and into chilling on the beaches in the south of the island.

The shower upstairs might not have enough water/pressure during peak times, but it is not a big problem if you plan ahead or wait for a few minutes.

It was in a quiet location and served a great buffet breakfast with a pancake making plate. Nice area to sit and enjoy your food or chill in the evening. good kitchen and 3 showers available. Local supermarket only 5 min walk and had fresh bread and good selection of food and groceries. Staff very friendly and helpful making you feel very welcome.

Limited storage space in a few of the bunks but plenty in the rest so just luck of the draw. Fridge space is very limited
