It's a perfect location for the sight seeing and lovely restaurants in town, and the staff are so, so friendly and helpful. The arab baths are a lovely treat - and a 90-minute visit to the baths is included for each night you stay, so we enjoyed a pamper session too.

This is an old building, so you can hear every creak of a stair and people in other rooms, water running etc. Ear plugs were handy for me to get some sleep. Whilst it was fine for us because we reserved parking and had a confident driver with us, if you are coming by car please be prepared for crazy narrow streets!

Definitely the hamman is a big part for me returning to this hotel. It is so lovely to have this relaxing time after a day sightseeing. A must is a massage even if only 15 minutes.. Breakfast is abundant with loads of local produce. It's near to many restaurants and cafes and the beautiful Adarve balcony which is breathtaking. A lovely place to unwind.

Found it a shame dip pool on the roof was closed and temperatures still soo high in October.

Lovely building , room ok & lovely bathroom- would have liked a kettle. Great to have experience of Arab baths. Offered parking which was very helpful.

Breakfast could have included local baked croissants, chopped fruit, and salad/veg. Would have appreciated a kettle for drinks & coffee / tea for breakfast instead of a machine.

The hotel was really nice excellent decoration and really clean. The room was comfy and the red tiled bathroom was bright and really nice. The staff were pleasant and the spar and massage were great. The massage was only €17 for 30 minutes well worth it.

The only thing that could have been a bit better was more selection at breakfast but what was available was fine but when you're away you sometimes like something a bit different. This one small matter didn't cause any problems with a generally great stay.

The rooms were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast plentiful and gorgeous location. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.

The only problem was finding the street where the hotel is. All very narrow but eventually having parked and walked there it became very easy,

good hill top lookout location with very pretty streets decorated uni formerly with poinsettia pots and Christmas lights. Free breakfast spread was decent

the spa experience was somewhat disappointing. the 30 mins massage felt more like body oil rubbing experience .

Youlanda on reception was so helpful, made my stay complete as a solo traveller, to know you had someone like her supporting your needs throughout my stay of 4 nights. Thank you again. The cleaning staff made sure everywhere was spotlessly clean, which is of course super important in these times of covid/ virus. All the staff I would say were friendly and hard working from my observations, I will return again for sure.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly, communication was well despite language barriers. The room and facilities are clean and regularly checked for cleanliness. Goid service overall.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. Beautiful town and fab location. Loved the Turkish baths and the massage.

Breakfast was very basic.
