Sercotel Pozuelo

Spacious rooms with good facilities. E.g. Excellent shower and bathroom, good safe, lots of tv channels, tea and coffee etc. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff on reception.

The breakfast was adequate rather than special e.g. No churros con chocolate even this close to madrid! The rooms were very plain with very bland decor - all beige, not a single bit of colour anywhere. My room could also have done with a fresh coat of paint.

Nice clean modern hotel. The room allocated was really spacious with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic but there was plenty to choose from. Really nice coffee.

Although not necessarily a criticism of the hotel, I struggled to find somewhere to eat on a Monday evening. The hotel restaurant was closed during the evening and there was very little in the surrounding area.

Nicely located in a safe and leafy suburb 25mins outside of Madrid. The rooms are well-appointed with ample cupboard space and a powerful shower. The breakfast selection is impressive and each and every member of staff is courteous and friendly.

The air conditioning unit takes a long time to cool the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and public areas, excellent breakfast choice and quality of food. No fuss check-in and checkout, even aloud to check-in early as we arrived before the normal check-in time. Would certainly return. Thank you to all at Sercotel Pozuelo.

Not a deal breaker as there are several restaurants nearby, but an onsite bar would have been great.

Great hotel! Staff were very helpful, the bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing. I didn’t include breakfast when I booked but was able to add this on during my stay for 9 euros per day per person, great choice. I would absolutely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Just spent one night there on a business trip. Room has a decent size. Bed is comfortable. Check-in and reception were friendly and efficient. Just next to the hotel are good restaurants.

For one night nothing to complain. The restaurants nearby might be a bit noisy if the room is looking at the street.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant, which was also very good. Pozuelo is a nice town. Sort trip to the center of Madrid.

Everything, it is a nice place, not far away from Madrid (15 mins by car, 20 by bus to Mancloa Station), and it is a really comfortable place

Clean rooms, comfy beds

First time we've had a walk in shower which was perfect as we're getting a little older! 😀

Perhaps a little bit more choice for breakfast.
