Sant Francesc Hotel Singular

The hotel is beautiful and difficult to fault. The staff are very professional and helpful. I had the best massage of my life at the spa, it was incredible. The rooms are beautiful, although I wasn’t a big fan of the bathroom layout. The shower and toilet was at one end of the room and sink at the other end.

I gave it 8/10 because I felt the vibe / atmosphere of the hotel was a little bit stiff. Hard to say exactly why, but just the feeling I got. Probably just me.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations (which were high due to good reviews!). We had the pleasure of staying here the week before our wedding which was elsewhere on the island. The staff at the hotel could not have been anymore accommodating or helpful. Truly 5 star service. Every aspect of this hotel is beautiful and spotless, we couldn't fault a thing. The pool area and service is amazing, and our room was spacious and gorgeous. My now husband was particularly thrilled as you can connect your phone to the tv and stream Netflix etc. and we made great use of as we didn't sleep great due to prewedding nerves! The bed was huge and super comfy. We felt so lucky to have stayed here and really hope we are lucky enough to return.

Nothing we didn't like. I suppose if nit-picking there was not an option to have breakfast when I booked the room so I am not sure if they do breakfast or not. But there is an excellent coffee shop and bakery a couple doors either side of the hotel which we were delighted with so this in no way was a negative.

Stunning rooftop pool area overlooking a church and beautiful rooftops of Palma. The room was lovely but felt a bit messy seeing all the luggage (would be nice to have a roller door to shut away the sight of the luggage).

The pool opened at 10:30am which seemed very late, especially if you’re an early riser and just wanted to do some laps (no need for staff attendance for drinks or the like at that hour).

The perfect location… beautifully presented … great atmosphere and lighting in the communal areas… every single member of staff was so friendly and helpful…. the food was always delicious, whether at breakfast, up on the Rooftop or at the Quadrat Restaurant. The hotel felt like an oasis of tranquility in a hot busy city.. the pool is such a wonderful bonus

Our room, whilst very comfortable (the bed was very comfortable and the bedding perfect) didn’t feel ‘Deluxe’

Upon arrival, we were immediately taken with the decor; it was absolutely stunning. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks & friendly staff. Throughout our stay they all went above & beyond - helping with dinner recommendations/reservations, directions & anything else that made our stay more pleasurable. The attention to detail in this hotel is on another level & the turndown service is a lovely touch. Fantastic location to explore Palma and only a short walk away from main tourist attractions and outstanding restaurants. Would 100% recommend staying here!

The rooms, bar and pool area were great, the staff were also fantastic. I would return.

The restaurant times and not being open at certain times and days was problem which meant we had to change plans and eat out which was disappointing. We had spa treatments which were not great and a bit disappointing.

Location of the hotel is great, in the heart of Palma but walking distance to everything you need. We were in 101 on the first floor which was a deluxe room beautifully appointed and perfect for our 5 day stay. Thank you

The seating area by the bar I found the sofas and chairs too low to be comfortable. Also we ate there one night and you are too low to the tables. We finished the evening with a glass of grappa each and when the bill came saw that the charge for these was 12 euros each! Bit too much for grappa me thinks! But the food was fantastic.

It was amazing. We were there for a wedding and we were very well looked after for the whole stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were stunning. The food was amazing and the staff were so so helpful. We will be booking again next year!!

the hotel was stylish and beautiful decor rooftop pool was wonderful - pool bar service was exceptional. Beds were ultra big and comfy and the bathroom was wonderful every tiny detail had been thought out..

Nice hotel, nice location , very clean

The room was very dark feeling like in a cave , the bathroom not very practical ( shower and toilets in one side of the room and sink and mirror on the other side of the room) , breakfast could be better , the rooftop is nice but the pool is very, very small.
