The receptionists were amazing, lovely clean hotel in a convenient location.

No shade at the pool. We booked this hotel as it has a pool but the pool is on the roof with no umbrellas, no shade and no way of getting out of the sun. Imagine marble floors in direct sunlight in the middle of the summer.

I loved the roof top terrace views and the pool was lovely. The whole hotel and room interiors are very clean and tastefully decorated. Feels more like a 4 star.

Really great location - only 5 minutes down the road to the main old town/ Balcon area. Reception staff were ever so helpful. Room was comfortable with a great shower and even a small balcony. Kept very clean. The roof pool was a real bonus. Lovely area. Great to cool off. The cafe downstairs was great. Attentive, friendly staff. Good quality food.

Only 2 small issues really and none that spoilt our stay or would stop us returning or recommending: No fridge in the room. We were there when temperatures were in the 30s so we needed constant water and a fridge would’ve been really handy. There’s a shop across the road though, so not a problem. Also, it cost 2.5 euros a day to use the safe in the room. We felt that a safe should be a standard facility. Staff said the charge was to cover the cost of replacing lost keys. We’d rather have put a bigger deposit down and forfeited it if we lost the key.

Perfect hotel in a very central location. Rooms were so clean comfortable even with a balcony. Great tv channels. Staff were absolutely. Would highly rate this for a single stay. My sister stayed in the same hotel when I was there for the weekend and loved it too. Will go back! Some reports of noise but I didn’t find it any different to any other hotel I have stayed in. It’s just perfect.

Nothing. Potentially a bit of shade for sun beds at the top but why bother when fab beaches nearby. I’m a beach person

The hotel room was absolutely spotless. Felt very clean and fresh. And cleaning every day was good. Nice, not too complicated decor. Good for families. The location was perfect. Calm area just 10 mins from beach and 5 mins from the city life and restaurants. Felt more like a 4-star hotel than a 2-star!

They didn't have a mini refrigerator in the room, which I really would've loved, especially due to the summer heat. The lighting in the bathroom was a bit too intense. Warmer light would've been better.

The staff were so friendly and the hotel is very clean! The shower was huge and bed very comfy. Also a great location with a quiet rooftop pool with a great view. Perfect for a chilled stay in Nerja. I had a late return flight, and though I was not able to keep my room as the hotel was fully booked, staff made me feel like I was no trouble and welcomed me to stay around the hotel pool for as long as I needed. I stayed alone and felt very safe the whole time.

It would have been good to have a fridge in the room to store water and possibly tea/coffee making facilities, though the cafe downstairs is not too inconvenient and a coffee is only 1€!

I don’t understand why this hotel only has 2 stars. We have just done a road trip around this part of Spain and this was probably the nicest hotel we stayed in, but not the most expensive and it was the hotel with the lowest star rating. I usually will only book hotels of 4* and above but this hotel didn’t disappoint. The rooms are big and comfy (we even had a balcony) the bathroom was big. The staff very friendly and helpful. There is even a pool on the roof. Adjoining the hotel is a busy cafe that you can have a coffee and breakfast (although there is a little cake shop a couple of minutes walk away and I’d really recommend going there for a coffee and cake for breakfast. It’s called Horno Salvador 1905)

I honestly can say there’s nothing I disliked about the hotel but if they put tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge I’m each room this would make this fantastic hotel even better.

Location is fab, the hotel is basic but clean and well presented, just a bit tired in places Great bathroom

The cafe below opens at 6 am and is used by locals, lovely cafe , lovely staff but noisy from 6.30am onwards

The hotel was a lovely break for a couple of nights with my partner .staff very friendly and hotel clean with a lovely little cafe for breakfast .not far from the centre beach ,restaurants etc would definitely go back .pool was lovely with spectacular views and our bedroom had a little balcony to sit out .

No tea or coffee in our room I like a cup of tea soon as I wake but it wasn't a huge problem.

Lovely hotel in a great location in the centre of Nerja. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Check in was so simple and efficient. They ordered a taxi for our return trip to airport which arrived spot on time. This was our second time to stay at this hotel.
