This is a surprisingly big hotel, that has basically everything you could need. Staff was friendly and warm. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was possibly the best I have slept in for quite some time.
Communication was not easy with my Spanish not good enough the fast speech here, and them mostly not picking up on English. We managed though. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was very outdated, also having to hold the head since I couldn't put it on the wall.

Good dinner with big choice of different dishes at fix and very low price. The staff was very friendly.

-Possibility to have breakfast, tapas and drinks on site - Close to the highway (perfect for a stopover)
- bathroom wasn’t very clean as I found several dark hairs - no shampoo available, only shower gel - the bathroom door was made of glass and there were no blinds for the bathroom window, meaning that I couldn’t get the room dark to sleep during the night - waitress wasn’t very nice, we had the feeling that we were disturbing her by ordering coffee and drinks

The location was handy. it’s hard to rate the staff as I arrived at night during a private function and I put the lack of attentiveness down to stress, but then they were just as rude ( ignored my presence completely) in the morning due to breakfast service. One woman however ( possibly the on duty manager), was exceptionally helpful and friendly when I had a problem with my room. it was beyond filthy. it simply hadn’t been cleaned. The shower and sink were so covered in hair that I took photos and a video. I was given another room. But the lights didn’t work. Throughout her trying to check me in, and then later, changing my room, and then coming up to sort out the lights, the other staff kept interrupting her. She not only remained calm and friendly, we enjoyed a good chat and she gave me her number in case I had any other problems.
There’s no proper check in procedure. There’s a desk, but no one there. You have to go to the bar, but the staff there show no interest. The decor and facilities in the room need some attention. The remote control is just a stick with volume and channel control, held together with cellotape, the bedside lamp wire at the switch were wrapped in masking tape, The sliding glass door to the bathroom came off its runners….
