property was clean , had amazing views lovely pools . Good choice of alcohol. staff friendly and helpful . Near Morgan which is very pretty harbour. Pillows were really lovely . Bed comfy

no plugs by the bed to charge your phone . There was plenty of food but the dining room was more like a canteen . There is a part of the dinning room with amazing glass windows with views over the sea , you can see the sunset but the lights are up full and little atmosphere created . Dimmer lights and candles would make the difference . Also no option to sit outside and enjoy the weather .

the views and sunsets are spectacular. the pool area has a great atmosphere. the all inclusive upgrade is worth it!

the wine. ended up buying bottles for dinner food is nice but heavily catered to the German / French clientele. lots of strange canapés that nobody eats. craving proper Irish sausages instead of those weird European mystery meat ones. live singer for sunset bar only on one night which was a shame

The facilities are a little tired. The room is a little dated however, everything was available not much around the location but a lovely hotel 

No shops or other restaurants to visit outside the hotel, unless you had a vehicle or a taxi

The location is perfect and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The staff was kind and very helpful. We loved every minute of staying here. Defintely will come back in the future.

Although it's all-inclusive service, some of the drinks are not included. It wasn't indicated anywhere, not a sign or a "drinks menu" where you can at least read what's included and what's not. So when we ordered something out of the all-inclusive service, the bartender did not tell us beforehand that they are extra drinks, only after he made them. I think it's not fair, if it was at least indicated what's not in the price, I could decide what to order and not having a surprise. Because I wasn't carrying money with me all the time (because it's all-inclusive), so it was an embarassing situation.

The breathtaking view. The food. The pools, always warm and clean. Lots of things to do. The game room, the prices at the gift shop were surprisingly affordable. The evening shows after dinner were all very entertaining. All the staff were very nice, made us feel welcome and at home. Specially Claudia at the bar&restaurant. Doesn't she gets tired? She was there all the time. At breakfast, at lunch, at dinner, at the bar in the evening, always smiling and always very nice to us.

The lack of a bigger parking lot at the hotel for the guests is an issue, given the fact that all parking spaces near the hotel are private. We had to leave the car down at an dusty improvised parking lot, and walk up the hill, 10/15 minutes to get to the hotel. The pillows are too soft. It would be nice if there were extra pillows in the room. You can only get wifi on common areas, but it's not easy access. A simple password would get the job done but, to log in, you have to go trough a complicated process ( introduce your name, room number, e-mail address) and still I couldn't manage it to work.

Location little bit remote, on hill. Although there is a shuttle bus service, timetable very limited (for example no service between 11-1.30). Nothing to do in Taurito, but Puerto Rico or Mogan are not far away (especially if the road to Mogan is not closed like it was during our stay). Also, children playing area could be bigger.

Amazing all inclusive service, great food. Fantastic watergym every day. Good evening shows.

The hotel doesnt have a GYM!!!!!

It was clean, the pools were well kept and the adults only pool gave a great choice. The food options were the usual all inclusive style, however there were always three or four meat options and plenty of choice for all guests. Staff were extremely helpful and polite at all times. The entertainment was of a good standard and the bar area remaining open until midnight was welcome. It’s very isolated being up a mountain , and the closed road to Mogan Port meant it’s not as easy as usual to get there. This said the beach bar was an excellent option and the beach itself was great. If you want to go to a hotel, completely relax and not really leave the facilities, this is ideal for you. Views from the balconies were spectacular and the chill out area provided amazing vistas of the area especially at sunset.

It’s a bit dated and the rooms need a refresh. I wouldn’t say 4 star hotel however this is being critical. On the Friday/Saturday it got extremely busy in the pool areas due to local guests arriving in large numbers. This made the pool very crowded and noisy. The hotel didn’t have any irons that guests could use, there is an outside laundry/ironing service but as not offered at weekends, this was a bit of an issue.

The location is quiet and private , the views are spectacular, and most of the staff is polite, welcoming and helpful, the food is good but there's definitely place for improvement there , more diversity would definitely help ; The staff at the bars are polite but when it's time to close they rush everything and forget their politeness at home, but it's understandable considering how busy this hotel is ; they're trying to do their best with the pandemic going on and everything gets sanitised , cleaned regularly which is great , overall a good experience and value for money .

The snack bar needs to improve the quality of the food , everything over there looks like it's been sitting there for ages, no freshness whatsoever; the animation team looked bored most of the time , there's no energy or effort put in the same repeating activities , that's another minus also, and last would be the sunbeds at the adult pool area , at 8am they're all taken with people waking up since before 7am to leave their towels on them even though it's specified that the pool opens up at 10am...nobody seems to care about that , people are in the pool already at around 8 and all the sunbeds booked since before 8 🙄, at the pool down there is definitely not enough space as it looks crowded most of the time .
