Helpful and cheerful staff-each and every one of my 7 days there. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows.Property appears brand new. It's not luxury-but like a very good IBIS Hotel .Everything works well and staff is well trained. Breakfast was good .Fresh bread available.Alternatives to cow milk available too. Strong air con and wifi signal.

Need taxi to go just about anywhere. It's not in the urbanized part of Mahon and it's not near a beach. One can walk downhill to the Port,but it's dead during the day,and a tough walk back to the hotel. No taxi stand there either. Hotel has a good computer system for calling taxis,and they arrive within 5 minutes.

Superbly comfortable beds and pillows were perfect for me-which is saying something!. Breakfast was amazing, the female chef cooking the eggs was brilliant so worked so hard and did the eggs exactly as I asked. The staff clear away dirty plates super fast so that tables are refreshed quickly. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent as the staff. Very clean-spotless. Pool lovely. I could not fault this hotel in any way.

They have a large viewing area with public seats at the side of the hotel where the bar is situated- it would have been great if this had tables and chairs to have coffee etc but that’s being picky.

Perfect stay. Hotel decor wonderful. Staff friendly. Room clean and good facilities. Hotel bar serving great drinks. We didn't have breakfast included but paid for this on one day and it was a treat. Everything you could want including mimosas. Great location if you don't mind a short walk into town. Would stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Being really picky, the pool was due a clean on the tiles which are above water. There were also some renovations going on including the installation of a fence around the pool area so mildly annoying but honestly it didn't detract from the stay and this was easy to ignore when stuck into a good book.

Stylish, modern hotel with a brilliant location. Great pool and garden to laze beside if you need a break from exploring the city. If you’re driving in from the airport it’s super easy to find (and there’s loads of free parking nearby).

If I had to find one issue I would say that the bathroom design is weird. There’s no extractor fan and in our room the glass door was not lockable. Nor did it fully fit the frame. in fact it’s a glorified screen more than anything . You have zero privacy from your roommate, if you g eat my drift. Fine for cleaning your teeth or taking a shower but I wouldn’t want to do anything else in there !

First and foremost the staff were all so friendly, you got a sense that they all loved working there, and why wouldn't they, the location and views are stunning. The hotel itself has recently gone through a complete renovation, and they have done a lovely job of updating it. it's bright, clean, and fresh, but it is still super comfortable and has a nice, relaxed vibe, especially around the pool where the music played is nice and chilled. The food; the breakfast is superb, fresh and full of choice, really worth the cost. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was delicious, a taste sensation. I will be making the restaurant here a regular place to eat when I'm in Menorca, as it was very reasonably priced for such good quality. The room was a good size, the beds were super comfy, had 3 great sleeps, and I do struggle to sleep, so that's a big thumbs-up. It's a lovely place, I will return.

I took off one point for the charge to use the spa, although I do understand it stops it from being busy and that is probably a good thing, it's something I'm not used to when staying in good hotels.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived! The reception staff were fantastic, as were all the staff we encountered throughout our stay. Our room was wonderful really spacious and perfectly kitted out. Everything felt very new and well thought out. I loved the decor and the styling in the bathroom too! Our beds were really comfy, one the of the best night sleeps! The location was perfect 10/15 minutes walk to the port, 10/15 minutes walk to the fish market which was great fun in the evening but still really quiet and had fantastic views of the harbour. The balcony was lovely and looked over the harbour/the beautiful church of Mahon and the pool area which was a very relaxed vibe. My partner used the gym too which he was pleased that the hotel had! All in all a fantastic stay thank you so much.

Stunning views Exceptional breakfast & good lunch (the two meals we ate there) Great location close enough to town, and seemingly the only bit of nightlife on the port, but also peaceful & far enough away to feel chilled Good value for money

Don’t seem to guarantee twin rooms which was needed by us but it was sorted. Maybe one to watch at peak times. Spa was expensive so we didn’t use.

Breakfast was very good with a great selection . Our room was good in a good position overlooking the harbour and being able to see the first rays of sun.

The restaurant although very well furnished but the air conditioning made it cold. The food in the restaurant I thought was overpriced and not a lot for the money compared with the restaurants in town. Must be difficult if you have a family of small children to feed.

Very little not to like about this place, recently renovated and a beautiful place to stay, I would definitely return. The lady who worked every day at the Poolside, Laura I think her name was, she was brilliant, she looked after everyone so well and was always happy to help and made you feel happy.

The only small improvement I can think of to make is the shower tray was shallow so the bathroom floor did get quite wet and there was no way to angle the shower head down.

Breakfast was super - lots of choice, replenished regularly. The only queues were at the coffee stations and the juice machine. The location was ideal - still in the historic centre but very quiet, even during the exuberant fiesta!

The terrace could have been better structured with privacy trellis fencing between the neighbouring terraces. It felt difficult to chat out there. Fresh milk in the fridge would have been good.
