Zleep Madrid Airport

Very comfortable beds and clean place with a nice little gym. Staff is friendly. A nice restaurant is close by. A great spot to spend the night before or after a flight!

We booked it because they advertise an airport shuttle. After booking, they sent us a link to a paid shuttle we had to book ourselves. We booked with this recommended place, and the company proceeded to charge our card, not send an email confirmation, didn't arrive at the airport, and have a number that no longer works/don't respond to emails. We talked to the hotel and they said that as of this week they are no longer offering the shuttle service. The hotel itself was great, though little around it in terms of restaurants, but the fact that we got scammed by a company the hotel recommended was a bummer.

Leave it to the Danes for a industrial, minimalist feel - clutter-free and wasn’t a surface that couldn’t be cleaned well! the room was like new with very comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. We had a situation with our flight and had to extend our booking and they honored the rate of the first night. Also, the first room they gave us had an issue with the temperature and they moved us immediately. Appreciate the great customer service!

breakfast was sub-par for the 9 euro price tag. while there were many choices, the quality wasn’t very good and the coffee was meh. Need better signage in the parking lot to find the elevator up to the hotel!

The size of the bed was great, and the television had many channels. the bathrooms were spacious, and the interior design of the room was very pleasing. Location is in proximity to the airport. They are perfect for last minute bookings. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was very delicious. Staff was very friend.y

The thermostat didn't work correctly, so the room was incredibly hot throughout the night. Instead of providing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel like most hotels, the provided a bottle that was supposed to function as all three. We found this to be a little inconvenient.

The location was great for our friend who had an early flight. The only problem we found was that we would have liked to stay for breakfast but could not go in the room because we had our dog with us. We enquired if we could pick our breakfast and eat it by reception, but told this was not possible- one of us could have got the breakfast whilst the other person could have kept our dog out of the dining area. We would have then taken the tray back with the dirty dishes to the dining area.

Place is great, I love the 9 Euro breakfast (if you buy the night before, otherwise 15 Euros), great selection of Spanish breakfast, non-diary milk replacements, cereal, meats, yogurt, great coffee (hit 1 is caffeine and 2 is non-caffeine), and many other things. Wifi works great throughout the hotel

The gym needs some free weights, bench for weights (get a bench that can be made into incline, seat w/ support back, and flat bench), some dumbbells (go up to 70 kg dumbbells),

It was very nice and spacious room. It had everything you need for a quick stay. It has towels, WiFi, toiletries and it was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was decent, not too many choices but good enough for the price.

It didn’t have an airport shuttle as it says in the listing and the public transport in that region is terrible. We had to use a taxi to get back to the airport

At first we had secound toughts because some of the comments, but we were so happy that we chose Zleep for our night. Everything was just wonderful, from the staff to room or the breakfast. I don't understand what some of the people want more from a hotel. For the breakfast I think they have enough variety and the design of the room with the "unfinished" ceiling is just insane. PS: they had soap, shower gel and also cups for water. Hope to come back soon!

The staff misinformed us about the terminal that we were supposed to go to. Terminal 4 was way further than Terminal 1. She should have looked it up. Also we could not seem to get the shuttle via internet in a different language so it was 3× as much for a taxi. Other than that the place was great...just a little further away from the airport than expected.

I liked the clean modern feel and the well-appointed clean room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that the snack and beer taps were close to the reception area. I enjoyed the clean and well lit breakfast area that offered a nice variety of food 1st thing in the morning. I like the close proximity to the airport terminals for my morning flight back to the United States. Enjoy having the airport shuttle pick me up at the front door of the hotel.

We were only there for one night, since it was our last day before travel. It was clean, and comfortable

The complimentary shuttle that was in the amenities when I booked it through booking.com...it was one of the main reasons I booed here. When I got the confirmation, and then it said that it was no longer available, I was really annoyed
