Simple and effective! I stayed in a smaller single room this time, but have stayed in a bigger twin room with another before. Either way, all around great value for money. Basic room, with everything you need - bed, desk, storage, ensuite bathroom with shower, etc. Communal area with fridge to store food and a microwave. Good recycling system in place too! Breakfast is also included which is a big bonus - cereals + milk/ yogurt, toast, tea coffee, etc. I noticed people bring their own fruit to add something fresh, but I was happy with what was provided ☺️ a big point to note - the staff were also really lovely!! Thank you 🥰

Nothing I didn't like! But one small improvement could be to add a kettle to the communal area, in addition to the microwave ☺️

Getting access to the room was easy with the door code and code for the room lock box being sent on the day of my arrival. The room is small but it and the attached bathroom are very clean. Parking is only on the street and is limited. When I arrived at 4 p.m. on a Monday there were probably about 2-4 slots within a two-block radius, so plan accordingly. There are restaurants in the area and less than one block over is a restaurant/bar called XALOC, which is open from 07:30 to 22:00 and does not close midday so it is very convenient to eat there, the food is quite good. The other guests and neighbourhood is quite noisy so bring your ear plugs. The breakfast in the morning (8 -10 am) was good. Also very fast and reliable internet

Nice simple hotel, clean, very good location 2 min walk from the centre, easy to find parking, hotel is located in the free parking zone. There is a lift. Check in process is easy, when you book they send you good instructions for check-in if you arrive after reception closes. Room is simple but clean, breakfast is nice. It was my second stay, and will not be the last one :) Excellent value for money.

Fantastic property. The staff were kind, responsive, and accommodating. I needed to do work in the city on the day of my check out, and they let me keep my bag in my room for many hours past check out at no extra charge. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was clean with a nice bathroom, warm shower, and heaters- exactly what I needed! For the price, this place is unbeatable. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Very handy for the town and events. Clean and good to have access to a communal kettle.

The neighbours were quite noisy and the walls are thin, but when I asked them to be quiet they finally did.

the cleanliness of the place was stop on, very cosy bedroom, we liked checking ourselves in to our room as was a very easy process. breakfast area was amazing, light & spacious

this is only a very small issue but it would’ve been nice if there had any eggs for me to make scramble eggs on toast! 😄

There was a kitchen that we could use. It was a bit strange though that there wasn't a zink.

A zink in the kitchen could have been nice.

i quite liked the contactless check-in. room is ok, neat and tidy. can’t beat it for the price and nice to have breakfast at hand in the mornings

The price was unbeatable. I like the old style of the hotel with tiles everywhere I’m the room. It is an old hotel but it was clean and quiet.

The quality of the bed was not very good.

Nothing to dislike really... I stayed just 2 nights... Mainly for work reasons.
