El Hotel Pacha - Entrance to Pacha Club Included

A warm & genuine welcome from staff at reception. Water and a glass of cava offered upon arrival which was perfect. Every detail re the hotel was explained with patience and clarity. The hotel was so relaxing, cool design and decor and the bedroom itself was also perfect. One thing to note the pool is small and super chilled, but reception can reserve beds at a partner hotel - Destino which is super close by taxi. Would absolutely stay here again - location fantastic - 8 min taxi to Ibiza Town and 5/10 minute walk to the port on hotel side for great views across the water looking at Dalt Villa. Super peaceful, & appeared to be an affluent area and didn't experience any madness that one may expect being near to the club itself

Hotel was perfect. We had a 10th wedding anniversary and there was wine delivered to the room for free . And as well higher standard of the room as well as a gift . Once again thank you. For sure we will visit you once again. This time with few night of Party 🙂 maybe for my wife 50th ( like pacha ibiza) birthday this year. 1973 was a great year😉

We had an exceptional stay at the El Pacha Hotel. Firstly we were upgraded to a junior suite. We then had a bucket of cava delivered and two complimentary t shirts. The whole experience was excellent. Our room was on 5th floor it was huge and had a very comfy bed, a huge balcony and two showers! The breakfast was included in the price and was great- a huge choice of tasty dishes. I used the pool which is open all year round - it was chilly but I love cold water swimming. The location is great for Talamanca and within walking distance of Ibiza Town. The staff - all of them were friendly , professional and just altogether nice people. Nothing was too much bother. I had no expectations before staying but this hotel has set the bar very high for other hotels.

The room was fantastic, we loved the shower and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great as well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and provided fantastic service :)

we wish the bathroom door wasn't transparent and it would have been nice to have a hot water boiler in the room but otherwise, everything was great.

The staff was super welcoming and generously gave add-ons to make our stay super pleasant (since it was our anniversary). Full props to super friendly front desk people especially Juan. Gem of a person. Since Pacha was closed it being off-season, we had full access to the other lounge Lio which was equally a great exclusive club experience.

Off season and many clubs were shut. However, the front desk people were kind to guide us to the right locations and details of places that were still open so that we could experience the old town.

Wonderful staff. Everyone super helpful. The pool was small but we loved the chilled vibes in the lobby, music playing, placed to relax. The balcony got sun on so we chilled on there. The strange window from the shower to the bedroom was a little unusual as I was sharing with my friend but the room was lovely. All staff were amazing, helpful and kind.

the location was perfect for us. Right opposite the Pacha club and 20 minutes walk from Ibiza town. The bed was comfy and the welcome was lovely.

swimming pool was shaded and the last two days the lift was broken.

Staff was really nice at breakfast after the first day they already knew what we wanted so brought it to us without asking which was a nice little added touch. I was able to have avacado on toast which they gave to me specially as I’m vegan! They also upgraded us to a junior suite which was lovely and spacious!

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, and a really good location walking distance to Ibiza old town, the Marina and Talamanca beach. The rooms are really well designed and comfortable, the pictures don’t do them justice.

A sauna would be nice

*No sound isolation towards the street, and being close to the emergency room in Ibiza as well as a street where luxury cars rev there engines was a very bad experience. Luckily i had earplugs. *Not optimal location, quite far from Ibiza town center and the clubs in those areas. *Expensive *Room Service and Restaurant was a bit overpriced. *Not close to any nice beach *Small pool area which sees little sun
