We got upgraded for free since theres bigger room left, the crew was always super warm-hearted and super nice. The location is very cozy and queit in the suburb, but just around 15min drive from Palma. The yard is very nice, and the best thing is the super fresh and nice breakfast, also the place for breakfast is pretty good. The kitchen in the room is well equiped and clean, we cooked seafood by ourselves as Christmas dinner. In a world, the price really worth it！

Easy to find and very spacious apartment with big rooms, perfect for both short and long stays. We were in Casa Naranja on top of the restaurant. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The pool and hammocks are great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and beach. The resort is beautiful and full of trees, plants and flowers all over the place. Breakfast buffet is served at the restaurant with really nice coffee and eggs prepared at the moment and you can enjoy it at the terrace. Key location 20min drive to Palma, Valldemossa, Deia and Soller.

Bedroom floor could be a bit cleaner

Great breakfast with lots of choices and helpful staff at breakfast. Great location as only 20 minutes from the airport by car and a direct bus (202) to Palma from the end of the drive which was much easier than driving into Palma. You could tap on and off the bus with your credit card which was much cheaper than buying a ticket from the driver. Lovely to see the animals running around the agrotourismo site.

Unfortunately we went in February during an unusual cold spell so it took a long while for the loft room to warm up on the first night. It could do with a couple of rugs in the bedroom as the tiled floor is very cold on the feet in February - we wished we had packed slippers.

Good location to explore Tramuntana area if you have a car. Junior suite was spacious and clean, very nice breakfast with good selection of choices. Large parking, nice pool that was almost empty in June :)

I don't think it's 4* apart-hotel, rather decent 3* max. The whole area needs some attention and renovation since it starts to be a bit outdated. Decoration of the rooms might not be suitable for everyone, especially if you prefer simple and organized interiors ;)

the hotel is unique and the location extremely peaceful. The rooms are quirky and well equipped. We loved the pool. Christina who managed the hotel was incredibly efficient and couldn’t do enough at breakfast , which was delicious! However, I do think the restaurant is a tad overpriced.

I found the large loft room too mismatched. we were moved on our second night to a smaller loft apartment which we preferred as it felt cosier and had a lovely terrace with sun loungers and a day bed . The tv channels were mainly German which was disappointing as we would’ve enjoyed watching a few English speaking channels in our room in the evening.

A nice hotel with very friendly staff.

As we were here in November and the humidity is high then, we felt all our clothes got quite damp just by hanging in the wardrobe, even the sheets on the bed felt cold and damp. The electric heating/airco was too weak to warm up the large room with high ceilings. So it didn't feel very comfortable. In summer though I think it would be really great. .

It is a local farm with rural charm and excellent facilities - away from the noise and the tourist traffic but with a very good location to explore Palma, Soller, Valldemossa, Deia, Bunyola, and Esporles. The staff is polite and ready to help with anything needed. There is also a great restaurant where you can try delicious food. I defiantly recommend it.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Breakfast selection was incredible. The bed was comfortable. Adequate kitchen. Very peaceful location but not far from Palma. Alot of the facilities were closed but it's off season.

The WiFi wasn't working. It was a double bed but had 2 single duvets. Tea and coffee in the room would have been great. 20€ extra for the dog is alot of money.

The hotel grounds are spacious, the pool is nice and private and the on-site restaurant is great. We specifically want to mention the staff: we’d been here before and liked their hospitality and overall friendliness. That made us decide to come back. This was again the case and they even were as kind to drive my wife to hospital when I was there with our daughter and she unexpectedly had to be admitted.

Perhaps more a suggestion than real criticism: the hotel and its grounds have gobs of potential, but could do with some updates. Don’t let it lose its charm, but maybe rearrange some of the outdoor areas to create some private seating, playing areas, etc. Perhaps a new fridge or some new kitchen appliances. And sometimes the cleanliness could be done a little more thorough. E.G we found an empty plastic bottle of water under the couch when our daughter threw one of her toys under there.
