Excellent breakfast buffet with a large selection. They could also provide gluten-free bread to the one in the party with gluten intolerance. Quiet room although is was facing the street, easy access to parking (extra charge), very friendly staff and excellent location.

The coffee served at the breakfast buffet (coffee machine) was not at the usual high standard we have become accustomed to in Spain. It reminded us of coffee made from frozen coffee extract.

Nicely decorated hotel and nice staff and cleaning staff. Confortable rooms. The parking next to the hotel was available and booked for 12€/night which is very handy. Also we highly recommend the Argentinian restaurant near the hotel!

The doors of the rooms bang when they close, which means if your neighbors are early risers, so are you. I understand it's for safety, but I wish the windows in the room could be opened

Great location. Very central and close to everything. Parking was a short walk from the hotel and discounted by the hotel which was great. Busy restaurant with nice food. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Loved it all and would stay again

The check in was a little slow. We had to queue and when we reached the front it seemed to be quite a laborious process of typing in all of our details. It didn't spoil our stay though

Good sized room, very comfortable bed, great central location, helpful staff. We booked our car into the hotel garage, located just around the corner. Security and peace of mind for €12 per 24 hours.. There only about 15 spaces, so I guess it's best to book early.

Windows do not open. Temp is adjusted in the room....but I just like a bit of fresh air! A kettle in the room would be great.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Very friendly and helpful on reception. Large, immaculate room. Extremely comfortable bed. Very central location. My room faced a busy street, but was completely peaceful with the windows/balcony door closed. Breakfast buffet was really nice (delicious tortilla!) and again lovely service. Great hotel, highly recommend!

Great location with nicely decorated and probably newly tefurbished rooms. Parking available close by. I would stay again

AC just didn't really cool room down enough for sleep especially considering beds are only set up with duvet. There is noice coming through walls from other guests talking but not too bad.

Elche (Eli) was a real surprise. It had far more to offer than we had time to visit. Their museum had the best displays and information about the Iberians before the arrival of the Carthaginians. The room was quite comfortable. The staff very helpful and I only wish we had had more time to visit.

The location is ideal to explore Elche, for a very reasonable price. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Location. Price. The hotel is in the center of town and can walk to great restaurants, shops, food markets, and stores easily. Locals are great, friedly.

Room was a bit small and not enough room to put away clothes. Street noise.

Very cosy and comfy room - very clean and everything you need, warm in the winter and location is great for a walk in the town centre, eating out etc

Could be more sound proofing, can hear people in the corridor quite loudly. Would be great if there was a gym.
