Casual del Jazz San Sebastián

Lovely staff, room was clean and spacious with a window that actually opened-heaven! Breakfast tasty, lasted 7-11am and had a good range of options on offer. They had a central strip of carpet in the corridors, which cleverly silenced roller luggage as people came and went. Location is a little further down river, so an extra 10 min walk as opposed to the hostels etc but I knew that when I booked and you pay a little less that the more central hotels. Area is still nice and safe for strolling back at night and, if you have a car, it’s easier to find and access.

Modern hotel, clean and looked like newly decorated. Very quirky style evident throughout the hotel. The staff at reception were all very friendly and helpful and offered us information about what was going on in San Sebastian the week we were there and gave us recommendations about what to see and where to eat. There is underground parking at the hotel which was very convenient. We had not booked breakfast initially but we added it when we got there as there isn't anywhere close to the hotel to eat. It was great - good selection and great service.

A bit away from beach/old town than I would have liked but I knew that when I booked (we left it late). It is about a 20-25 minute walk to La Concha beach.

The location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be part of everything. Receptionist was more than helpful and was very professional and pleasant. The room was well presented and very comfortable. Parking in the secure car park was 17.00 euros, but a price worth paying for piece of mind. Breakfast was excellent value at 11.00 euros each. Checking out was hassle free. We will definitely return.

Nothing to dislike

Finding the hotel was easy on sat nav. Garage parking very easy for 3 bikes in 1 space. Bathroom modern with good shower. Breakfast better than expected - photo in lift shows very small selection - it was a lot better than that image. Great value for San Sebastian - easy walk to the beach past nice bars along the river. Excellent access from the hotel onto the motorway to France.

We had an extra bed in the room for 3 guests sharing and it was a bit tight with all the bike gear - better off as 2 occupancy.

Comfortable room; nice breakfast (good value for money); modern units; helpful staff; strong air con.

There is a parking but it costs an extra of 15 euros per night. For 2 nights we were able to find a spot in the street for the car (much more cost effective) but for the last night we had to use the private parking. The city center is a bit far - but it’s at a nice walk (around 20 minutes) via a promenade by the river.

The breakfast was really nice and good value, lots of different options! The 24/7 reception was also very lovely and always helpful. The best was the garage under the house for inhouse paring, although it was an extra fee it was so convenient!

It was a mission to get to the room, but I think its just the way the architecture of the hotel is buildt. Had to use 2 lifts to get to the room.

Great modern, clean rooms. Not too far from train station. Fair price. Reception existant. They changed our room when we complained about dog barking in room next to us.

Extra 5euro fee to park bicycles in secure place, so we just locked them outside (not too bike friendly). A bit far away from city center. No water boiler.

The receptionist was very helpful on arrival and gave us a map of the area and all the places of interest to visit on our short stay. The room was great, and well air conditioned. Very clean and quite. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The location was great and very close to bus & train access. We would use this hotel again when visiting San Sabastian.

Secure underground parking, but parking was very expensive. Clean, decent size room. Breakfast was ok. Our window was facing a building site so it was very noisy at night but AC was ok so we were able to keep window closed. Short walk away from shops, restaurants and beach.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was most welcoming and accomodating. The hotel is close to all amenities and very close to the center. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and quiet. If you want to find a modern and nice hotel to stay in in San Sebastian, this is by far the best option.

No complaints, everything was ok. I liked everything.
