This is a lovely hotel with amazing facilities, staff and design. The breakfast buffet was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, airy and spacious. The thermal pool, baths and spa treatments were top quality. We had to cut our trip short due to a family medical emergency and the hotel management was extremely understanding of this and refunded us the last two days that we couldn't stay. They had no obligation to do that but were very kind and helpful. This alone I think shows how good of a hotel this is. The atmosphere is a peaceful that except for the time spent on the beaches we ended up spending our entire vacation at the hotel. I would definitely recommend Fontsanta to anyone visiting Mallorca and will be back!

Great, friendly and professional staff, a nicely appointed and spotlessly clean hotel and a good, varied breakfast were key plusses. Great to have two pools, plus an indoor one, and outside Jacuzzis. Thermal Spa was great There is a truly excellent, albeit pricey, selection of the very best Mallorquin wines

Main issue was with the evening meal which, although offering a varied and innovative menu suffered with some of the principal ingredients just not being good enough- Denton, and Scallops, both frozen and defrosted, weren't up to scratch. We may be spoiled but the area of Mallorca we live in (Selva) has a good range of truly excellent restaurants at this or cheaper prices which have better quality ingredients. We had a very squeaky bed (room 9), which seemed to be because either the bed, or the floor, wasn't level, but frankly we were too lazy to report it to reception so its partly our fault!

The place has history and it is very well renovated. Restaurant and todo are very good. The spa and treatments are great. Is the only therapeutic thermal waters in all Balearic Islands!

It is to close to the Main street, so it is a bit of cars noise on some areas. Customer service at the front desk need to be a bit more up scale with some receptionist. We asked for a sunny terrace room and we did not got it unfortunately.

This hotel was amazing! I love all the art and the contrast with the architecture of the entire house. The staff was so nice, they help us with the best tips to visit around the island. Food was WOW, incredible. We have most of our meals inside the hotel Spa, room, pool, really comfy.

Getting to The Refugi, private hotel area to get to Es Trenc Beach, it's complicated, instructions are not clear. However, the hotel charged €‎40 each. It's just a road to get to Es Trenc so I recommend to get to the beach as everybody do and save those €‎40/p

The staff was really helpful. The hotel and its gardens's and pools are really beautiful and peaceful. The restaurant is really good and the location is beautifull. We loved everything about our stay and we were sad that we had to leave. The location is also really nice. Nice beaches, cities and restaurants in the area. If you are still doubting to go here, don't!

Pretty much everything. Food excellent, service fantastic, grounds peaceful and a pleasure to walk around. The two outdoor pools and the thermal spa.

Travel to the beach. The resort had their own “beach club”. However it was difficult to find, quite a way from the beach and there was no clear path to the beach hence getting lost in the bush could be a problem.

We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite and felt treated very well! Always friendly and forthcoming to our requests.

the only hick-up was the service at the first night at the restaurant where we waited about an hour for our main dish. They apologized very much and also did not charge us for the main dishes.

Gorgeous property and facilities. A real sense of luxury to it. Beautifully laid out and they have maintained the rustic and historic nature of the buildings which is lovely. Pool areas are great and the hot tubs in secluded spots were a nice surprise. The spa even with some COVID restrictions was great, lots of different areas and high quality. Although it wasn’t warm enough to use, the outdoor sitting areas were very pretty too.

It is a little out of the way and without a hire car it is difficult to access nearby areas. Buses are infrequent and not well signposted. Taxis are available but add extra cost.

We had a great 8 nights at Fontsanta. The hotel is beautiful, calm and everyone is very friendly. We liked that it had a very relaxed vibe, despite being a luxury hotel. Breakfast was exceptional and everything was clean at all times. The hotel is not within walking distance of a nearby town so I do recommend a car for longer stays as there are only two restaurants nearby (one is in the hotel and very good, but pricey). The hotel offers free bikes which can be used to go to the beach, but going into town with them is not recommended as the road is very busy. We will definitely stay at Fontsanta again in the future.
