Very kind staff. The interactions with everyone, especially the front office were very pleasant On a good location (for those who seek a hotel in the entry of Barcelona or close to St. Bisbal castle) Rooms are okay, clean - overall good value for money

Noise isolation between rooms is not awesome, you can hear people moving objects or speaking loud in other rooms. Price of food was a bit too expensive, and it is not 24 hours (as it used to be in the past)

We were just passing through on a long drive and hotel suited our needs! Comfy beds, pretty quiet considering it’s right off the motorway next to a petrol garage and free secure parking! The staff were very friendly and helpful as we arrived with a car and trailer yet they were still able to offer us parking!

There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room and a mini fridge to store our left over food and drinks from the journey would of been ideal but that’s just us! The restaurant was a walk over a bridge to the other side of the motorway but we didn’t try it out!

Very clean, towels and shower fantastic. Comfortable beds with decent pillows. Smashing location and secure parking are great. This hotel is pet friendly and there is direct access to a lovely track for a dog walk. You can buy a token to take breakfast at the cafeteria in the same building.

Decor is a bit depressing. Poor choice of food in the cafeteria in the evening. Snacks are OK but €4.50 for a slice of apple tart?

Friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. Location is excellent for us on the long journey north. Dog friendly, plus there is a lovely dog walk accessible from the car park.

It's a pity that there is no secure parking going south as we would use this hotel on our return journey. There is a driving route but it's complicated. Food in the restaurant has improved but, at nigh,it is not fresh.

Facilities are good. Very clean and organised. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent price for the accommodation. Plenty of parking space, great if you have rented a car.

The only thing I did not like was the location. It's quite far from the city and there is absolutely nothing close by. You definitely need a car if you're going to stay there. Do not book this hotel if you're using public transportation.

very noisy neighbours picture of breakfast area didn't correspond with the hotel, it seems that it is from the other side of the highway one way only to reach it, there is not other road than the highway off-ramp

Clean , new bathroom and decor Comfortable beds, great shower. Easy to find. Easy secure parking.

Location for us was too far away from anything. location on the highway would be perfect hot others. Could do with a kettle in the room for coffee/tea.

The staff was amazing. Top-notch customer service. Whatever I needed, the guy was ready to help me out. I'm not a local, but the guy at the front desk made things easy for me. I feel bad I can't remember his name.

The bed was not comfortable. There was only one sheet in my room.

Really big room and secure parking. Great place to stop off when driving through Spain. Friendly staff. Even though the hotel is next to the motorway we were not bothered by noise

Not much choice of food. Also, the towels were laundered, but did not smell fresh

Good location just next to the highway and close to the airport. Separate closed parking lot. Staff was helpful. Room was very basic but more spacious than expected. Good sound isolation.
