nothing in concrete but we would like to order food to sun beds but they couldn’t serve anything except fruits

We has breakfast and diner in the hotel. Great buffet also with a small part live cooking. Diner is changing every day! We were very impressed. Breakfast you have fresh orange juice and you can order a cappuccino, so this was outstanding! We were also impressed by the staff, working every day, from start till the end.. Working so many hours, but still with a smile and very good service! The hotel is right up the beach and close by the main street. So location is perfect!

We had a room at the backside of the hotel, very small for what we paid for, and the view wasn't that great, looking towards a roof of a building, but as long you don't look forward it was ok I guess.. The noice from the machine on the roof was very present and you have a lot of noice/screaming from the restaurants down the street till laite. We had our neighbors who left there dog barking all day, so that was not so pleasant either. Despite of the view and the noice, we had a good stay and recommend the hotel, because of the restaurant, the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel and the location!

1. Room size / 3 adults - average 250€ per night excl breakfast (small room 212) 2. Our expense since 1996 until 2022 : appr 750€ per stay - spent at the terrace - lunch card. SCORE for dishes : 9/10 In 2023 : we spent 70€. SCORE for food dishes : 3/10 Very very disappointing. I have pictures of the food served (terrace) before 2023. Big big difference. Excellent location and breakfast: varied and extended. Dog snacks upon arrival !

Check-in could have been faster. I had some stairs to climb despite the presence of an elevator. More practical information sharing (a map on where to park for example) would have been very much appreciated - especially in the case of a major local event ... I was there during the Spanish triathlon championships making access to the hotel by car impossible and, on foot, very complicated.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. Great location (on most days). The room was nice and mostly comfy.

The room was a bit cold and we could not find out how to raise the temperature. Triathlon ongoing in Platja D´aro so we could not get our car near the hotel, had to park far away and walk for approximately 10 minutes with our luggage. Not the fault of the hotel, but bothersome

The room had AC and it was big enough and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable The breakfast was very good, with many options.

In the bathroom there should be a toilet kit (cosmetic wipes, ear sticks, liquid soap, shampoo). The stuff should speak English too.

All of the staff at reception were exceptionally friendly. They also went beyond expectations to accommodate our request for twin beds. Rest of the staff were also pleasant. Great location on beach, close to grocery, lots of restaurants, and shopping.

Very noisy outside the hotel until 2am every night. Not very good sound proofing.

Lovely location right by the beach. Room was very comfortable, the rain shower was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing, catering for all nationalities. We didn’t use the rooftop pool but observed it was a lovely area.

Just like all of the hotels we looked at in this area on Booking.com, there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. we would have liked to have had that.

Beach front & close to main shopping areas. Staff at all levels, friendly & very helpful, my balcony door wouldn't lock, fixed immediately. Good choice of food from buffet for breakfast & evening meals adequate for 18€, ate there a couple of times at night. Cleanliness 100%

Garage a couple of streets away, I have medium size car but with an SUV either side of my allocated space, couldn't get my car in & be able to get out myself.

The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the receptionists spoke great English. The location was amazing, right next to the beach and the main street. Breakfast was simple but tasty with enough options. The room was clean and big enough for 3 people.

The sink in the middle of the room was a bit uncomfortable. Also, the shower/bathroom doors did not give enough privacy. The swimming pool was a bit underwhelming, it seemed bigger in the pictures but that was insignificant.
