All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly but professional. It was very clean. You couldn't hear other guests. Coffee shop within the hotel. We were out all day so for this purpose it's perfect. It's a good clean place to wash and sleep. Beds comfy. We had room 212 and although no view, but that's not we went for anyway, it was a refurbished room. We would stay again.

It was a good walk from the city. However that was in the description so that's just personal taste. However there was a very good and regular bus service right outside the hotel. Every 10/15 minutes a number 7 or 14 bus for 1.20e will take you into the city. If you prefer to take a taxi back at night they are easy to find at the end of the plaza and cost around 6e.

All the staff were friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Very good breakfast served in the cafeteria. Bus stop outside the hotel made for easy access to the port and historical area.

We understood from Booking.com that we were to have an upgrade to superior twin room but this didn´t happen. The room layout although very modern, for us , would have benefitted from more shelving especially in the bathroom.

So the options are ‘Good’ and ‘Excellent’ I chose ‘Good’, but in fact it was Very Good. The hotel is on a bus route, but I’ve not been on a bus yet. 20 minute walk to El Corte Inglés and another 20 minutes to the edge of town. Staff were very nice. Helpful and unassuming. They allowed me to store my bike in a room. I loved the food. Rustic, homemade and reminded me of the Camino De Santiago. Menú del día was excellent value.

I have no negative observations.

Clean big tidy hotel. Most important for us it was a parking place for camper and that hotel accept animals. The location seamed to be a bit dirty outside, but the hotel was extremely clean and fit out expectations. From hotel you can get to the center on foot or by bus, which stops in front of the hotel. Lady in reception was extremely helpful.

The room was lovely clean and spacious. Overlook car park perfect for seeing my car.

I was happy with everything and will definitely use again on my next trip

We have used this hotel for many years when attending the local dog show i the hotel has now been refurbished to a very high standard and is excellent value for money

water tasted very chlorinated (not sure if this is just the town vs the hotel), several km from main tourist spots/beach so ended up driving most of the time.

good location. clean modern room. Breakfast and food available. Free car parking. Helpful staff.

Dogs left in neighbouring room barked non stop for 3 hours. Dogs should not be left in a room alone.

The room was big and clean and it was not so far with the car to the center of cartagena. We had the junior svit.

The bed could have be a little bit more soft and the air-conditioning was not the best
