Port Vista Oro

I liked the fact that they offered buffet breakfast and dinner as part of their services. I expected that the meal will be boring but lo and behold, the food they served was restaurant quality. We had shrimps, mussels and fish served. I think that's very great value. If only for this, I'm glad I stayed at this hotel.

Not sure how clean the pool was considering there were so many people swimming. And just a minor issue, the soap dispenser in the bath of room 405 was not working well. It would not dispense the soap. I hope they can fix it.

hotel is situated in a fab location to access both the new & old town easily, good parking close by recommended by the hotel (6 min walk) good selection of food in the restaurant & very well presented (covid hygiene very well taken into account), tables were cleared & reset efficiently, reception staff very friendly & helpful & house keeping was very good too 👍

Hairdryer: The hairdryer in the room that was provided was pretty much useless & got too hot to hold as it took so long to dry my hair, also 2 small bottles of water would be much appreciated in the refrigerator in the room.

The rooms were nice, cleaned everyday and ready on arrival with no waiting around, staff were friendly and polite.

The hotel pictures on booking.com were not really true to life, looking a lot more up market than it actually was. Only one availible plug in the bedroom, with the other been in the bathroom? Bedrooms need an update, plugs hanging out of wall in some of the rooms.

Just back from a lovely week at Port Vista Oro. Very clean, and all of the staff very friendly and helpful in all areas, bar, restaurant, reception, entertainment and cleaners, all brilliant. Great location for the Old Town and beach. Our 12 year old really enjoyed the activities. The food was lovely and plenty of choice. A fantastic holiday enjoyed by us all. Would highly recommend this hotel. Well done team Port Vista Oro!!!

we enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is very clean, the food and drinks were really nice (buffet was hot 😊) the location is great. a really good all round budget hotel. Jason, the entertainment guy was great, as were all of the staff.

The pool would be better heated as it does not get much sunshine and therefore not used by many people. rooms are a little dated but very very clean.

We didn’t have the breakfast but the beds were incredibly comfy and the room was clean. The balcony was nice to have and the curtains were thick enough to make the room dark. There was also air con and a plug socket next to the bed which I was super grateful for!

As it’s so near to the city centre and beach it did get quite loud during the night (as we stayed on a Friday night!). This was not the fault of the hotel at all but is something to be aware of! The staff were super helpful and spoke good English (and even dealt with our poor attempt at speaking Spanish).

We stayed here as a family a couple of weeks back, based on reviews we weren’t sure what to expect - we knew it was mainly catered towards Spanish clients, but this didn’t bother us in the slightest. We’d booked a full board package, and upgraded to all inclusive when we were there. We absolutely loved the hotel! The staff were very helpful, and always happy to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. The food was very good, though it was limited all of the food served was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The beds were FANTASTIC!!!! Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, in a good while! The rooms although maybe little dated in some peoples views, we found them well appointed with a Spanish feel to them. The whole hotel was very clean, and sanitised. The pool was great, although a little cold at times (this is totally personal preference on my behalf) - it was great, the rest of the family didn’t have any issues at all!!! The hotel is in a fantastic location, everything is really on your door step. Never been to Benidorm before, so didn’t know what to expect based on what people have said etc., but the hotels area is amazing and it’s so close to the beach also. We’ll definitely be back, we had a fantastic couple of days - really cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The only criticism I have is about the car parking, but there’s a multi-storey car park down the road - I wouldn’t let this deter me from coming back again!!!

No frills hotel for 6 girls on a break in benidorm fantastic location 5 min walk to old town tapas alley etc 5 mins in a taxi to the new town nightlife 7 euros. Staff fantastic too 👏

I couldn’t fault anything. The service and food was exceptional and the location was perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk down to the beach but far enough away that you didn’t get the hustle and bustle.

Good choice for breakfast,decent bar area&friendly staff.Good location in the Old Town with bars&restaurants close by

Never used the pool as always in the shade(know its late March),it would put me off booking again,
