location, stunning hotel and pictures don’t do it justice, staff super helpful and breakfast may seem expensive but it’s fit for a King and worth every penny.

no real option to sit outside due to an event occurring so would of been nice to have an alternative space such as a balcony to sit on and take in the beautiful gardens or plaza. highly recommend a stay and if I return would stay again

Main square, 15 min walk from the bus station and railway station.

No attention to details. My uncle had his 50th birthday ( was stated in the booking)and the hotel did not send even a card . Can not have a drink 22.00 in the hotel because all areas are busy with functions on Saturday night. Did not change my bed linen in 3 days. If you want an extra coffee in room, should pay for capsules. I would not come back.

Very nice hotel right in the center of Aviles. A very well preserved quaint building with comfortable and modern bedrooms. Working WiFi and Minibar.

The corridors and lift were a bit tricking to cross or find (but that's due to the characteristics of the old building). For a 5* hotel, the rooms were not that spacious.

The location was outstanding, the facilities top-notch, and the staff excellent. Parking was fine, under the building and accessible without going outside. The room was unusually large and comfortable.

Although there was a Nespresso coffee maker in the room, only one regular and one decaf capsule was left each day, which seems a bit cheap for two guests. Fortunately, we knew of the Nespresso machine from the hotel description and brought some of our own capsules. The faucets in the bathroom sinks were very awkward to use as they were extremely low, making it difficult to wash one's face.

Perfect location. Very nice breakfast, could use some reheaters to keep the sausages, mushrooms and bacon warm though.

Recycled 2ply toilet paper for a 5* hotel is not done. Water temperature of shower was very inconsistent (had to jump away from under the shower a few times because it was boiling hot for a second every few minutes).

Great location in the heart of Aviles. Comfortable, clean room with big bathroom. The hotel itself was large and had interesting spaces filled with art but it seemed empty.

Not much going on in the hotel. Not sure that is the hotel’s fault, and the point is to get out and see the city anyway (Great city, by the way).

Best location in Aviles, right in the historic centre. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely atmosphere. We are regulars in Aviles and always stay at this hotel.

We only stayed one night this time and everything was great.

There are weddings during the weekend. One morning at 4:00 there was a big group of people that stayed outside the side entrance of the hotel talking very loudly for very long time. They looked like staff from the wedding, but they could have been wedding guests too.

The Location. Exceptional breakfast buffet. Fascinating building with interesting decor. Staff were charming and efficient.

Main restaurant is currently closed. Hot water supply is not perfect - if one showers at a popular time then water turns cold!

great location and character

we were charged for two parking bays even though both motorcycles have always fit into one bay and our many previous visits we only had to pay for one. Very disappointed with the attitude of the front desk staff claiming security as a reason for the need for separate bays.
