The hotel is located at the heart of Seoul, with the entrance to 2 metro lines at your doorstep. Although an older facility, it's well maintained from an aesthetic perspective and the stuff were nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection was great, too.

As mentioned above, it's an older facility and during our stay we had extremely cold temperatures. The heating in our room was struggling because the windows were old and cold air could get in. Also, there is zero soundproofing, we could hear people talking in the room right next to us.

Great location, with many transports near including the bus to Incheon airport. The room was of a decent size and the bed was quite big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of offer.

Bathroom. It should get some renovation. It's a bit old and the shower was clogged taking long time to the water go down.

the room I stayed had recent renovation. (recommend to book with deluxe option!) I think they renovated the bathroom, which was nice, but I got the one without the bath tub, that was a bummer. Location is great! easy access to transportations, walk distance to convenience stores, diners, and tour spots.

There will be a LOT of activities going on during the weekend, so if you're there for resting, I wouldn't recommend, cuz the building isn't great for noise proof. I could hear literally everything from the outside once people started using mics. not sure why they didn't think about replacing the carpet. the carpet was dirty when I first checked in. facility itself is very old, so don't expect too much of it. I was expecting an iron to be available in the room, but they don't. little tip to business-purpose people.

The location of this hotel is superb. Right above a metro station and entries right out the front. Across the road is City Hall with a huge grassed area where various entertainment takes place throughout the year. Nearby, only walking distance to ancient Deoksugung Palace, Lotte Department store (which when we where there had a fabulous Christmas display) and walking distance to Namdaemun Market. Great selection of food locally as well, both high end and McDonalds and Starbucks therefore didn't need to eat at hotel. Staff were really attentive and helpful, despite low English levels.

The location of this hotel was perfect! It's near two subway lines, closer to it is Line 2, which is a few minutes walk away. It's also a short walk away from the touristy area called Myeongdong. The place was quite spacious, clean, and had a bidet! I would come here again if I'm ever in Seoul. The price isn't bad and the location is very convenient.

The only thing I didn't like was the hardness of the beds but that was bearable. Everything else was great though. Lobby smells great and is warm when you enter and escape from the cold weather on a Seoul winter day.

We very much enjoyed both our stays in this upmarket, Seoul centre hotel. Located just next to Seoul Lotte Duty Free and across from the City Hall, it is ideally positioned to explore this vibrant city both on foot and public transport, with 2 subway stations at its doorstep. The Incheon airport bus stop is also virtually outside. We had an extremely spacious room and large en-suite, with city view from 28th floor. There is a larger than usual fridge in the room too and a very handy guest laundry with nominal charge on the 20th floor. Staff also very helpful and competent.

Would love to see coffee and milk provided in the room rather than just tea...

The beds were really comfortable. The location was excellent for a first time tourist in the city as all the major sites were within walking distance. And for the street food lovers then Namdaemun market and Myeongdong market is close by, where you can ofcourse do some shopping as well.

The inroom fridge was very noisy, topping with the neighbours noisy fridge and some other major humming noise that went on for 5min every 15min I had to wear earbuds all nights. Plus the walls were quite thin. The front desk staff and concierge (if there was one) didn't speak english very well so it was hard to get aid which often lead to a misunderstanding. One time a quite funny one when the bathroom door had locked itself so I couldn't go in to use the fascilities and they sent a person that showed up with a plunger to fix the situation. With some hand gestures I managed to point out that we needed a different tool for the job.

The location was perfect. It is just a few blocks from Myeongdong night market and just beside Lotte Hotel. It is easy to find. The room was pretty large and decent. They have bidet on the toilet. The lobby was nice and big.

No room service for food. The pillows were too soft. When you have the deluxe double room, the living area is separate from the sleeping area and at times confusing layout. The shower splashes all over the floor when you take a bath.
