affordable and in the good location

the air con and heater temperature very difficult to adjust.. the rest was perfect.

The amenities were great. I loved the instant hot water in the shower. Check in and out was super easy and I was able to reserve a taxi to the airport at the front desk conveniently too.

I wasn't sure whether the room I was getting had a bathtub or just a shower. I don't think that was very clear in the booking. Also I didn't discover the electric kettle in my room until the second night. That was also something I wish the staff had mentioned upon checking in.

Great location. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Room was pretty affordable.

Room was very small and had no windows.

I liked the cleanliness and the proximity to things. It was really easy to get on the subway or on a bus from where we were. We also had a 24 hour coin laundry nearby which was wonderful! There was also a rooftop that you could go up and enjoy the weather with some snacks and beer at night, when the restaurant wasn't open.

The laundry machines don't always work, and they dont have a dryer so you have to hang your clothes on their clothing line. But they only have one, so it wasn't an efficient system. Their gym is also pathetic with no ventilation, but it's okay because we were on vacation and it allowed us to skip the gym with no remorse. :)

The hotel room was very clean, it has all the necessities,l lile water kettle, toileteries, hair dryer, closet, fridge..really couldn't ask for more..Staffs also were very welcoming.. The location also was like 8mins walk from Yeomchang station (subway line 9) and is a direct line to Gimpo airport, so very convenient to us who were catching a flight to Jeju thru Gimpo.. 너무 좋았어요 감사합니다

The staffs were very kind, helpful and easy to communicate. I loved the locatian that being close to bus station and subway.

4 person stayed in 2 rooms. Rooms were very dark for us (lights and furniture colors). Bathroom cleaning was very bad! Rooms were expensive that didn’t include breakfast and shuttle bus. Breakfast price and taste should be improved compared to the Crown harbour hotel in Busan.

While the hotel has obviously seen better days, the stay was overall enjoyable. Especially the rooftop garden gives great views over the city at night.

We chose the hotel as we thought the location was good between airport and city. Problem is, even with metro station and several buses next to the hotel, it'll still take almost an hour getting anywhere. If you're in Seoul for sightseeing, this hotel is too far out.

The hotel is very clean, staff at main lobby very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team also did a good job. Really happy staying in Golden Seoul Hotel. Wifi was strong also.

The location is not very convenient, however the staff did help to book taxi. Hotel can enhance the noise/ sound insulation. It is quite noisy during night while the air-con is running. Thank you.

Friendly staff and easy check-in. There was a great view of the river and skyline from the room. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. I also enjoyed the 12 pm check out instead of 10 or 11 at other motels/hotels. A quick walk to the subway station as well! Not many big attractions in the area but plenty of restaurants and pubs.

Everything was great. No complaints.
